Cleanliness of the bedroom and the early breakfast facility (at least cf UK hotels!). The air conditioning in my room did NOT work and ensured that the night was both hot and long! |

Internet in the room did not work. This is an absolutely neccessary requirement for a business traveller. Internet access was announced at your homepage and therefor one reason to choose this hotel, but it was not available. |

Short walk to downtown. Good facilities and staff. Underground parking was a mess and confusing. Bed was soft. |

friendly staff, nice bathroom, secure underground parking, although car heights need to be given on the site otherwise you wont get into space no tea/ coffee making facilities, small bath towels, room was tired looking and very small |

Location, good, tidy rooms. Well, the window was facing the street and being Friday/Saturday nights there were some loud groups passing by on the street at night. Nothing that the hotel could have an influence on, though. |
