Walk distance to city center (10-15min), very comfortable and clean room, especially there are many tv chanenls available, includes several international tv channels, like sky sports, bbc and cnn. Free WiFi is very useful for business travel. Buffet breakfast was palatable with plenty choices. Definitely recommended!!

I love this hotel, I always stay there because is close to the center and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast is also good

There used to be Pilates balls in all rooms, but they've removed most of them (now they replaced them with small uncomfortable chairs) The balls were very comfortable and relaxing for after work. They should leave them in the rooms

Room 206 was smelling like an ashtray - difficult to sleep and impossible to open windows as the noise from the streets was quite something

Decor was great, breakfast was very very good. Staff were very nice polite and beautiful. Good clean efficient hotel. When I return to Germany I will definately stay in this hotel again and will look for other All Seasons when I go to other places now. My 10 year old daughter and I were on a holiday for her birthday and she video'd the hotel to show her friends in england because she thought it was so cool. Nintendo wii and bean bags she loved. Thank you for a good stay. We paid for a second night toorather than move to another city.

Very kind staff, clean and comfortable room.

The room's modern design and space. No-fuss hotel that is sufficient for a night. Price includes breakfast, so it provides value for money. It's possible to park for free on the street at night. Hotel offers free coffee/tea/water in the lobby until 10pm.

Room was situated next to the main road, so it was very noisy. Wished the bathroom came with a shower cap.

They should state on the web site that tall cars will not fit in the car park on site.

Staff ! Incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. My Sister and I stayed for 2 nights to experience the Christmas markets. We both have partners and babies under 6 months. We selected the hotel because it was cheap and close to the markets. What we did not expect was how lovely the staff were and how comfortable they made us feel. There is a cool lazy-boy bean-bag area near the bar which was perfect for us all to lounge around with the babies while being served drinks. We ordered take away food and they let us eat it in the dining room. No other hotel I have stayed at would have been that nice.

Really can't fault it. I would have stayed in a hotel half as good for the same money. I felt like I got such great value and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is neat and clean. The location of the hotel is ideal to visit Aachen.The hotel staff are very helpful and very friendly.

The parking garage is quite small and quite unusual.
