I like the location and value of money

What I didn't like is there is no air conditioning and there were a lot of bugs

Difficulty in opening the door to the room due to old fashioned lock

I missed breakfast included in a price and internet was really slow...

The room was nice and spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Slightly far from the airport to be called an airport hotel, but a 15 minute 25Euro taxi drive. For the price of the return taxi, you could stay at a hotel closer to the airport.

Speaker outside of room was turned up with music early in the morning.

The buffet was excellent. Very friendly staff. Very close to airport and Galaxy Waterpark.

Beds were not comfortable. For the amount of money spent, not a great value.

When I booked in December the website said there was a restaurant and a bar. When I got there I was told these had been closed since last July. The Mercure own website still says a bar and a restaurant though booking.com has now changed. Other guests were also complaining. I had to get a taxi into Erding for dinner and back twice, (because I left my mobile) 50 Euro!. Both sites also say ppv tv but again nothing so only cnn in English.

Big room ideal for familly, clean. Hotel location very close to Munich Airport (10min drive).

The lodging was affordable, the beds & bedding were comfortable, the room was sufficiently warm.

The GPS mistakenly missinterpreted the address and brought us 70 km south of the Munich Airport. After introducing the postal code the location was determined corectly by the GPS

the place is nice and a lot of space for the family.The staff is very friendly and def. tell people about it.

It would benefit to have a little refrigerator in the room especially if you have kids travelling with you.

The location, a very short distance from the Munich airport, was really appreciated as we woke to a bit of a snowstorm and were happy we only had a short drive. The hotel and beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

We couldn't seem to get the heat to turn down and the room was very warm, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep even with the window cracked open a bit. Admittedly, though, we didn't ask the staff for assistance as we arrived quite late at night, so the problem could possibly have been dealt with quite easily had we done so.

Welcoming staff and very comfortable room. Good desk working space in the room with enough plug points.

Only downside you should offer free Wifi for at least 30 minutes in the rooms as other hotels do this.

Very close to airport and cheap transfer cost from the hotel to the airport. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The receptionist was rather rude. Stated that the bar and kitchen was closed even though we did not arrive late. Saw him deliver wine to two people in front of us but would not allow us to have anything. Cant say if the hotel was worth the cost because by arriving at 10pm, everything was closed off to us. Walls were thin and could hear everything.

The diving pool restaurant is permanently closed. We were not made aware of this. The hotel is too far from the airport and the town. We had to take a cab to get anything to eat :-{ Our room was right below the entry to the hotel. We like to sleep with our windows open. All night long, the smell of smoke and loud talking would enter our room. There should be an area away from the entry and the rooms for those who smoke. We did not have a restful night.

It's better b&b, definetely not 4 Star!

It's more further then 7km from airport ! Taxi is eur 27,- their own shuttle eur 15,- ( for 7 km ride?! Common! No restaurant, no room service (been there on Monday). Definetely don't do breakfast, it's better and cheaper to drive to the airport! Some reception staff very rude! Especially the afternoon/night shift when I was there. Definetely not good place to stay, so far the worst on my travels! Asking booking.com to get refund for misselling me their services.

Cleanliness, room size. Ok if you have a car or are staying the night before a eaely flight.

Far from everything, everything costs additional, no swimming pool in hotel, no frigobar in room, shuttle from airport is not free, no bar/cafe/restaurant in 2 kms and nearest train/bus stop in 3 kms. Guy in the reception disadvised use of vending machines in the hotel, and tried to charge 7€ for a bottle of water (1l). Do not trust description in the internet.

Poor service, No drinking water

1) Room was awfully humid- staff supplied us with a small fan but this made no difference to the humidity- There was no air conditioning. 2) The noise from the road was unbearable even the kids struggled to sleep 3) The underwater restaurant was closed and will be for a further month, this was not highlighted prior to the booking

we couldnt sleep all night because of the noise of the chirch bells every haif an hour all night! aiso there was no air condition and it was very very hot! sorry, we will not go back there.

Close to the airport for early morning flights. Very nice comfortable room for 4 people.
