The rooms have simple, modern decore, very clean. The breakfast is not included and is not worth the money.

The listing on booking.com quotes that airport shuttle is available(one of the reasons we booked this location, it fails to mention you have to pre order the shuttle and the cost is 30 euro.

Absolutely nothing. Lift did not work, wifi did not work, common area floors were dirty, room floors felt slimy to walk on , though rest of room appeared clean. Only thing going for it us that it is close to the airport, if you have your own car, or standby to be ripped off Euro 30 for the taxi ride to or from the airport. It is close to a good shopping area in the next vlllage with an excellent Chinese/mongollian/Japanese buffet at Euro 15 per head. Really good food, amazing spread, and wow factor 10 on value for money. The hotel itself rates a zero , even on location as a convenience stop for an early flight out on Munich.

I got very bad feeling staying in this hotel. First of all, the heater didn't work from afternoon until mid-night, as a concequence, I finally caught a cold. Secondly, when I checked out, the staff asked for 10 Euro more saying my credit card didn't work. Since I was in hurry to the airport, I paid, however, afterwareds I found out that my credit card could be used in the airport. I will not go to this hotel any more.

The breakfast bar was quite good.

1. The restaurant wine prices were outrageous and they tried to pass off as acceptable a 2003 bottle of red that tasted awful. 2. The toilet was not well cleaned. 3. There was no hot water in the morning, it was only tepid.

What I liked most was the bedroom which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great that we were 3 adults and a child and I did not have to share a small bed with my little daughter. Since there were two double beds there was space enought for both of us. It was great.

What I did not like at all was that the hotel did not offer free wireless internet. These days internet acess is very important and knowing that it is considerably cheap it is impossible to understand why not offering internet acess for free. It is really something that I cannot understand. So, for Mercury to be perfect this would be a great thing to offer.

Good place for divers.

The place is to remote. There is no food store. The restaurant is open only at limited hours. Alternative place to it pizzeria was also closed. The shuttle to and from Airport is not free, not advertised that it cost 15 euros for the first person and 5 euros for the second person one way. Travel to and from airport cost 40 euros per couple, extra trip to Airport another 40 euros. Which makes this place to expensive to stay if one is not involved in diving. Alternative transportation by bus is not mentioned on webpage as well, cost 5 euro per person one way. The restaurant is not even close as attractive as on the booking.com webpage. In general the hotel and facility should be rated no more than 3 star hotel. It is far away from 4 star hotels even in Hungary not mentioning Germany.

There is nothing to do around the hotel area and Munich is 45 minutes away by car. There is no business center if you want to check in, print something etc, you need to get an overpriced internet connection in your room (and a laptop of course). Lady at reception was not very friendly (or just being German maybe), couldn't find our reservation and wanted to charge us again for a room I had paid already. The underwater restaurant/bar/etc is just weird, there are people scuba diving while you eat breakfast.
