Easy and good access to nice and good restaurants via special corridor. Ordered non-smoking room but received smoking room, meaning furniture with yellow stains and badly smelling pillows,. This means I will recommend only if non-smoking would e guaranteed.

Ein ausgesprochen netter Service, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Wir haben schon öfter in anderen Städten Hotels besucht, hier war es schon sehr aussergewöhnlich, wie nett man betreut wurde.

Die Lage neben der Bali-Therme Der Aufschnitt auf dem Frühstücksbuffet wellt sich nach oben oder läuft an, da er nicht abgedeckt wird. Auch Obst und Gemüse wird so trocken. Die Managerin hat allerdings versprochen, dieses Problem abzustellen. Sollte dies geschehen, ist das Frühstück durchaus reichhaltig. Falls nicht, ist das Hotel nur ohne Frühstück zu empfehlen.

Il prezzo pagato è stato superiore a quello confermato su Internet. Abbiamo pagato 2 volte le colazioni e 3 volte il parcheggio. Il prezzo confermato era di 278 euro, quello pagato di 346. Il personale alla reception non ha voluto sentire ragioni adducendo che era impossibile che le camere avessero quel prezzo così basso!!!! Per tale motivo io non consiglio questo hotel ad altri.

Die direkte Lage am Kurpark. Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nicht i.O. z.B. Toilettenbürste war verrostet, Waschbecken hatte starke Flecken und Verfärbungen, Wasserspülung der Toilette lief durch, Kanäle des TV nicht sauber eingestellt. Bei mehreren Sendern lief das Bild.

Sehr schlecht, das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. nur übel riechende Raucherzimmer kein Warmwasser TV Empfang sehr schlecht kein eigener Parkplatz,

Stöpsel der Badewanne in zwei Zimmern ist undicht gewesen. Man lag nach 10 min trocken. Deckel der Klobürste verostet. Dito Armaturen. Stöpsel des Waschbeckens liess sich nicht öffnen. Drehteller des Fernsehers defekt und abgebaut im Regal.

Ankunft und einchecken I.O., Zimmer gut aber alles nicht ganz so sauber (Fußboden, Fenster im Eingangsbereich), Frühstücksbuffet super leider kein Abendessen im Haus möglich, Lage perfekt direkt am Kurpark, Mitarbeiter freundlich und kompetent, das ganze Haus vermittelt einen etwas überholungsbedürftigen Eindruck-schade! Sie sollten doch die herrliche Fensterfront im Eingangsbereich sauber halten und die Lappen auf dem Boden bei Regen vermitteln auch keinen tollen Eindruck ebenso wie die diversen Flecken auf dem Zimmerfußboden

mooie ruime kamer ik had via booking geboekt en de uitdraai bij me maar was in hun systeem niet te vinden ik moest mijn creditcard opnieuw afgeven voor een afboeking van € 0.01 als zekerheid ??? Bij het ontbijt waren geen glazen aanwezig voor de jus d'orange. Ontbijt en parkeren is niet bij de kamerprijs inbegrepen
