We enjoyed the friendly and curteous staff at the hotel. The food was excellent and well prepared. It seems that everything was well organized among staff and they were always striving to please us. We had issues with the temperature of the shower water going from warm to cold to burning hot. Also a little trouble with keeping a wireless connection established (just for the rooms on the 6th and 7th floor) |

I like the size and cleanliness of the room. It was roomy and the shower was good. It was very dated - very 80's... Functional, but dated. |

Nice breakfast buffet & friendly hotel staff My breakfast tray didn't get removed from the room when I got back to my room in the evening. The tray was still there. |

Spa and Jacuzzi We were woken at 8am by the sound of drilling in the room next door, when we got up the corridor outside had turned into a buidling site. This completely ruined our experience of the hotel and staff offered no compensation. They had plenty of opportunity to warn us the night before (we would have moved hotel) or ensure we were in a different part of the hotel. Very disappointed |

Very nice hotel. Very clean, the staff was very polite and only 6 km from the center of Hannover. I would definately stayed there again. |

Sehr überhitztes Zimmer im Sommer, da auch keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Auch finde ich die Angaben in der Hotelbeschreibung völlig unzutreffend, denn es handelt sich nicht um ein "Hotel, das sich besonders durch seine ruhige Lage auszeichnet". Es liegt nämlich an einer sehr viel befahrenen, zweispurigen Straße. |

internet werkte niet moest wel worden betaald . éen minuut was er internetverbinding en dan weer niet en dan inloggen op de gang en in de kamer na 1 minuut weer weg, personeel zeer onvriendelijk , totaal geen service en begrip. |
