My stay at the Mercure was fine, but I should have checked whether they charge extra for basics like towels, hot water, tv or internet. It turns out that they charge 9EUR/day for internet. If I'd known that, I would booked a different hotel.

Inside the hotel everything was clean and silent. No noise from outside (traffic etc). Difficult to find the hotel's car park. It could be a better sign outside the hotel (easier to understand)

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit . Zimmer waren wie immer sehr sauber . U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke . War bestimmt schon 20 x in dem Hotel und kann nichts beanstanden und komme gerne wieder .

Wir waren schon mehrmals als Gäste im Mercure Tempelhof, es war wie immer perfekt. Im besonderen Sauberkeit, Service, Zimmerausstattung, Frühstück. Bei unseren nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder diese Hotel Buchen.

Der sehr gute Service, Taxibestellung ging super schnell. Wir haben super geschlafen. Nahe gelegen am Stadtzentrum. Begrüßungscocktail war lecker.

Dobry hotel dla przyjezdżających samochodem. Znajduje się w odległości 5 minut od południowej obwodnicy Berlina nr 100.Nie trzeba sie samochodem przedzierac przez miasto.Jednoczesnie minuta do stacji metra - linia u8 prowadzi bezpośrednio na Alexander Platz, czyli do Mitte. Do Berlina "Zachodniego" trzeba sie jednak raz lub dwa razy przesiadać. Nie trzeba korzystać z płatnego parkingu hotelowego, tylko można zaparkowac samochód przed hotelem (nie ma tu strefy płatnego parkowania). Hotel wewnatrz czysty I urzadzony w standardzie hoteli Mercure, za niska cenę. Z punktu widzenia naszych potrzeb hotel nam całkowicie odpowiadał. śNiadania jak wiadomo sa tu bardzo drogie (18 Euro za dobe za osobę) I nie mozna zjeść nic przyzwoitego w okolicy. Okolica brudna I nieprzyjemna- tylko lokale typu Kebab. Tymczasem za gigantyczne śniadanie w miłym otoczeniu w Mitte zapłacilismy po 10 Euro od osoby. Nie jest to hotel biznesowy. Przyjeżdzają rodziny z dziecmi I wycieczki. Bezpłatny internet w recepcji jest okupowany permanentnie przez grające w gry komputerowe dzieci więc trudno z niego skorzystać.

близко метро. прямая ветка до Alexanderplatz. удобно добираться до аэропорта шенефельд (такси -22 евро). завтрак за дополнительную плату. нет бесплатного WiFi. расположен в районе нойкёльн - население преимущественно иммигранты из мусульманских стран.

Fruits congelés au petit-déjêuner . nous avons eu très froid dans la chambre car il neigeait le week-end de pâques et sans chauffage... J'ai pu récuperer une seconde couette mais bon....un peu déçus par Mercure ce coup ci

super hotel nur zum weiterempfehlen. tolle lage, u-bahn gleich um die ecke u dann auch baldmal in der innenstadt, extrem freundliche mitarbeiter, und zwar durch die bank alle, hab ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt! gegend neukölln sicher, frühstück nicht genommen daher keine beurteilung, aber es gibt in unmittelbarer nähe genug geschäfte bzw bäckereien! zimmer sehr sauber und gross, schönes bad, ruhig, kurzum: ein tolles hotel, mit super lage u extrem freundlichen mitarbeitern! weiter so!!!
