The rooms are modern, the life is very fast, there are stunning views of the lake and potsdam if you are at somewhat upper floor. There is almost every basic thing in the room. They have made very efficient and clever use of limited space in the room. The toilet is in a small stall with a half length glass door, which wouldnt lock or anything. It may be problem for some as your friend will hear each tiny sound you make on the toilet. Its basically using the toilet in an ameican public bathroom with your friends present, if you are ok with that, especially going no 2, as I am, then you will be ok here. So I had no problem here and rather enjoyed the flirtous situation with my boyfriend in the room, but again it may be problem for some, like my boyfriend is quite bathoom shy and he always went to the lobby to use the toilet for no 2. The rooms are rather small. So you have to look when you move in the room or you will hit yourself. |

The hotel is wonderfully situated and they gave me a room I asked for, high, which afforded spectacular views. The bathroom was excellent. Though it was a booking for 2 the room was set up for only 1 and they had to be reminded twice to rectify this.The a/c was inadequate.The room was small for hotels of this calibre. |

Parking is very convenient. The hotel is easy to reach and the room is comfortable and the shower is great. Close walking distance to the restaurant areas and centre of town. The palaces are a short drive away. The main rail station is 5 minutes across the bridge by the hotel and one can reach central Berlin in 20 minutes. The local rea is under reconstruction at the moment so it can get pretty dusty in hot weather. The air con in the room never seemed to have much effect. |
