Very good. Unfortunately wireless internet was not included. The room was spacious and had very high ceilings with a balcony. |

Location is excellent, rooms are very large and spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is exorbitantly expensive, but this was not a problem since there are many options to choose from in Berlin. |

The hotel was spotlessly clean, only a minutes walk to Check Point Charlie & historical area. Very close to 2 different Ubahn stations. The hotel also has a courtyard "garden area" where you can sit peacefully with no noise from the city (not that there was much noise anyway!) and enjoy a drink or a faboulous iced coffee or chocolate. |

Good location, friendly staff. Got a room upgrade on check-in which is always good! This was my second time at this particular hotel and I would definitely stay there again. 'Nuff said! Breakfast price at 18eur per person! Plenty of cafes in the immediate area where i could get a coffee and a pastry so no big deal. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was surprising |

The location was excellent and staff and rooms were lovely. Would definitely recommend. Did not like the dinner we had there. We ate a burger and chips for dinner and they were extremely soggy so it turned us off getting anything else in the restaurant which was a pity. |
