Stayed in this hotel with my wife in the beginning of January 2012. Hotel is located close to the central railway station of Dresden, but it dos not bother. It is located on a walking street with plenty of mass class shops and you can reach all main attractions by foot easily (about 15 minutes). This is a large business hotel with interesting design like a glass shower in the middle of the room and panoramic windows which may embarrass somebody. Everything was clean, sleeping quality perfect. Breakfast was 100% good with good variety and food quality perfect also. They got several parking spaces just next to the hotel door for 14 EUR/day, but I also saw some parking possibility advertisements for 6.5 EUR/day not far from the hotel so you can decide. All in all I would surely recommend this hotel either for business or leisure. Staff is a little bit cold but not a bad word or anything - it is rather normal for business hotels of this type.

This hotel is only step away from both Prager Straße, main shopping street in Dresden, and Dresden main station. The facility inside rooms are clean enough and they served good breakfast. Rooms are little bit small but it won't be any problem to younger couples and business purpose.

Nice, clean, proper reception and attitude. Confortable stay. Restaurant pricy in comparison to environment and offer. Had problems in explaining the temporary hotel reduction when paying the bill.

The Pullman Dresden is a very modern and comfortable hotel a short walk from the Main Dresden Train Station and located right on the Prager Strasse pedestrian mall and short walk to the old city and Elbe River. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was excellent being close to the main railway station and a short distance from the main sights. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast, although expensive at 18 Euros, was excellent and well worth the money. Our room smelt slightly of stale cigarette smoke. No doubt we could have changed it but we decided not to as we only stayed one night. Once inside, the smell was not noticeable.

Easy to drive to and find, just by the main rail station. Parking in the underground station car park is a five minute walk from the hotel and costs €10 per day. Limited parking is also available in front of the hotel, which is not bookable through Booking.com, but you can book directly with the hotel and costs €13 per day. The room we booked was classified as a Superior Double. I got the impression all the rooms were the same. Whilst the room was nicely furnished and comfortable, it was very small. There was no reasonable space to put a suitcase and I finished up putting my case under a wall mounted table by the window. These minor points would not stop me staying there again although I would not class this room as 'Superior'.

The location is great from the train station to the hotel. The breakfast is lovely. From the hotel to the old town is only walking distance. We found the housekeeping staff are very nice and friendly and really efficient. Dresden is a beautiful city, my husband and I loved it, we had a great time. We will certainly go back to Dresden again. We booked our holiday to Dreden to celebrate our wedding anniversary.I Mentioned it on my booking that we would be very grateful if the hotel could offer us free upgrade. When arrived to the hotel, the male receptionist didn't mention nor offer anything to us. When we checked in to the room, realised he gave us a room right above the main traffic road, and I could hear the ongoing traffic noise. I went downstairs aksed him about it,he said this is a city hotel, the noise is normal. When I asked him about upgrading,he looked at me with no emotion, saying 20 Euro extra each night for upgrade. Then I asked him to be changed to a room which doesn't face the traffic for next 2 days, and we got no phone call or message from reception to follow it up, finally I just decided to give up, stayed where we were. The restrant waitress who was ticking our room number off of her list every morning was very unfriendly,no smile, rude to my husband. No tea and coffer maker in the room, I find it very inconvenient.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was not so good. Bacon was very fatty and greasy as were the eggs which were cooked whilst you waited. Staff didn't clean tables when vacated and were unable to give us a table for 6 at breakfast, generally staff were unhelpful in the restaurant at breakfast and seemed unable to cope. Breakfast at the Noveotel Mitte in berlin was far better and staff were much friendlier. As explained above.Room cleaned but again not up to the same standard as Berlin hotel.

Reception staff in particular were very helpful and informative at all times, and staff generally were excellent. Hotel generally was comfortable and pleasant. It was good to be able to hire cycles for a very moderate charge. Breakfasts were excellent, very good value, and staff made us up a breakfast pack for travelling on our last day as we were travelling very early, which lasted us most of the day. It would be good if a kettle and cups were provided in the rooms. We really wanted a cup of tea late in the evening, and I don't think it was available at the bar - and in any case, we didn't always feel like going down there.

Location very close to main station and city center. Breakfast was very good and offered a large choice. No free internet in room. I used a twin room as a single person, and the space of the room was ok. For two people, space would be quite tight.
