The hotel is well placed but seems like a glass jail. It is modern but it is not enough friendly. The menu in the restaurant should be improved and some reception personal need to be trained in order to learn how to communicate with costumers. |

Perfect design, small room yet neat and comfortable, interesting was situating a shower in room - makes it look bigger and bright, nice view through glass wall, excellent breakfast!! |

Clean, comfortable, nice room, nice wiew from the 13th floor, modern furnitures(glas bath cabin in the room). No free wi-fi , a little bit stinky the toilet (but cleen!?!). |

We spent very little time in the hotel. It was chosen for its location, but everything seemed ok.It was good the internet access was free for guests. They told us breakfast was included when we checked in & then tried to charge 16 Euro per person when we checked out, which we refused to pay. Whilst quite good, the breakfast is not worth 16 Euro. |

Good standard hotel a short distance from the main railway station. Very convenient for visiting Dresden Christmas Market which was the purpose of the visit. Very good buffet breakfast. |

Unfortunately, my stay was not long enough to experience much of the hotel facilities, but the stay was very comfortable (room). I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a rich range of choices. I am not a fan of the 3pm check in time, but as it seems, that is a general case and not particular to the hotel. |

Beautiful room and spotlessly clean. Perfect location, can see the name on the hotel tower from the train station. Quiet room even though we were near the main road and train station. For the price, breakfast really should be included. Never looked at the breakfast buffet but 18 E. seems a bit steep. Just next door there were a number of bakery/cafes offering good breakfasts for 4 to 8 E. per person. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the staff were very helpful, great hotel. The pillows on the bed aren't very good, that was my only problem. That being said I didn't complain about it to the hotel, so it's not like they had the chance to do anything about it. The bed itself was very comfortable. |
