Overall a good hotel in the downtown. Very tasty breakfast. The girls at the reception are nice and helpful.

You can still feel the Ostblock-like behavior (everywhere in Dresden): We had left half an hour for our breakfast (10:30), and I asked for croissant. The answer was: "Es ist alle". But at the same moment, another waiter arrived with a basket full of warm croissants. The first waiter was simply lazy and did not realized that she is working for a serious hotel and not "irgendeine schmutzige Absteige". Train your staf how to bahave.

Location and fabulous breakfast buffet. Room used space efficiently.

Absence if WIFI in the room without a fee. Used to having this feature included. Space a bit tight. Unable to open suitcases except on the bed.

The wonderful staff that helped us with the previous days event of having our I Pad stolen at a Hotel Callas in Cologne. They made calls, went far beyond what was expected, for that we care. We felt secure at this Hotel.

Great modern style right in the center of the city. Cool open glass showers.

First of all - the location is awesome. I really didn't want to travel to the city and we were just minutes away. Breakfast was great, staff helpful.

I still don't get the paid wifi which on top of everything was slow as hell - feels like 90's...

Really liked the location. Breakfasts were good.

Glass shower cabinin right in the room, possible to cover with a curtain. Even traveling with a child is incomfortable. I don't take shower in front of my son, at the age of three he can easily pull the curtain. I guess what's fine for German culture may be a little uncomfortable for others.

Front desk reception need a bit of work on dealing with non German speaking persons.

Daily room cleaning was not good. We left the sign of the cleaning on the door and we were out for complete day but there was no cleaning. Cleaning responsible came around 6 pm, when we were back in the room therefore, we did not want accept the cleaning afterwards.

Was a comfortable stay. Located between rail station and old town for convenience.

the hotel is really great room service breakfast where to report salmon and shower rooms in the middle of it all is what makes the hotel an excellent hotel, I'm sure we'll be travelling to search for this string

Functional smooth running establishment with excellent location for train travellers to Dresden. Great breakfast.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is perfet and also the localization you are near the shopping as well as the old town.

I typically choose Pullman Dresden Newa for the location (5 minutes walking from the main railway station, 10 minutes from the Dresden htw and very close by bus or even by foot to the city centre) and for the comfort and facilities (great rooms and nice sauna)

The hotel stuff is so rigid that they seem more north-west german than eastern german. I had many problem with them with the receipt, they can't accept to modify it according to my need (for business reason I need services and item purchased declared in a particular way in the receipt), but they're apparently dumb. No smile, no courtesy, they have one way to do and they follow only that way. Not nice.

Close location to Train station, to the shopping venue, staff were very friendly , compared to what we had paid in our room in Berlin , the hotel rooms are very nice, nice bathroom with glass wall shower, very nice view overlooking the city, great breakfast buffet.

Using the Internet in the "business center" is a real horror (very very slow computers). Wireless Internet price - definitely too high.

The location at the bottom of Pragerstrasse, 3 minutes from train station and 10 minutes to Altmarket and other attractions. Very helpful, attentive staff. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable.

This is a great example of form over function. An open-plan bathroom with a completely glass shower that seems to sit in the middle of the room. The outside wall is also glass from floor to ceiling and wall to wall with no sheer privacy curtains. This is a heavily pedestrian area and means that if you have the blackout curtains open then your room is completely exposed. The blackout curtains are anything but with a gap all the way around and pinpoint holes. Again - because this is a shopping area and near the station there is a lot of ambient light so even when the curtains are closed it gives the impression of daylight. It makes it very hard to sleep and sleep is made even harder with the horrid pillows provided. Very flat goose down pillows that are not fit for purpose. The one expectation I have of a hotel room is that I have a good night's sleep and that just wasn't possible. Also, wi-fi is not free and not cheap. That should be a given in this class hotel.

Within easy walking distance of main train station but far enough away and in a very nice area. Lovely room, great shower, very clean and rooms sound proof. Excellent breakfast. Easy walking to the heart of the old town. Would definitely stay there again.

We like the window open at night and had constant tram noise but got used to it.
