Arcadia Hotel Flensburg  

The location is perfect. Parking is easy and fair price. Excellent beds - good idea to use money on new beds instead of fancy design of the room. Nice with a minibar.

Personnel. Beds but they make a big meal out if this themselves. Decent breakfast but no handstands here.

Parking, very uncomfortable getting luggage to room. Not very cosy. Noisy on the good view side of hotel

Room is close the main street that could not sleep well.

I had a room on the street side and was held awake the whole night due to the noise of traffic.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city centre. Parking is next door with refuced prices.

The hotel needs an update, it gives an old fashioned impression.

It smelled à lot of snoken in The corridors on The second floor.

We liked the hotel as it was close to the main shopping area,and the view of the harbour was a also a definite plus! It was also in easy walking distance of restaurants.

The breakfast was OK, but a little bit pricey for what was on offer! The bedroom carpets were not that clean though!

Nice large room.

Some of the staff speak very little English.

Staff spoke fluent English, were very helpful and the beds had superb mattresses! Recommended

location, nice rooms, cleen, nice staff, nice breakfast, waitress not very proffessional, maybe a little music in the bar, will give you more businnes there.

The tv is VERY old style. You should bye new flatscreen.

Staff very friendly, Parking although in a public parking facility directly behind the hotel, was with reduced rates for hotel guests and 24 hour manned security with guard dogs.

Housekeeping service is excellent with a smile. Reception staff excellent, helpful with a smile.

Truly lousy Television. No CNN, SKY News, BBC and only 1 danish channel. I have complained to the reception every time during the many times I have used the hotel but clearly the management do not listen to the customesr. They get away with doing nothing due to location, location and location.

We were driving to Denmark from the UK and Flensburg was a convenient place to break the journey. The hotel is well situated on the sea front and close to numerous bars, restaurants and other attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and spoke excellent English. The room, although a little small, was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent. Guests use the public park house next door, but receive a discounted rate. Overall, I would have no reservations about using this hotel again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good location right in the city centre.

5 euros for Wi-Fi for 30 min. Old furniture, no air conditioning, old mattresses and pillows. Our room looked out on the street and it was terribly noisy all nights.

Friendly staff; reasonable rates; location right by the town and by the harbourside.

The main road outside at the front - it was very busy most of the time.

Good location and a nice view to the fjord from the hotel room. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking fee agreement with neigbourhood parking hall company. Clean and cosy athmosphere.

There was no Fire detection system in the room. The traffic noise isolation was worn out and remarkable traffic noise was started at 6:00 am.

It has what we need for a weekendtrip in Flensburg......and good location ;)
