This hotel is near the Congress Centrum and Messehalle Hamburg. The staff is nice, the room is not very large but good equiped, the breakfast was rich.

Very comfortable bed and a neat and clean room and bathroom. No room available when I arrived jet-lagged in the morning 9.30 am) so I had to lay on a couch in the lobby for 3 hours. They said they'd come and tell me when a room was ready but they did not bother and so I only found out they had rooms free when I saw someone else checking in. The desk staff could not have cared less about me. The buffet breakfast at 18 Euros is far too expensive, with no cheaper options. The WiFi is also pricey.

The shelves on the both side of the bed. Could be very dangeurous because the edge of the shelves are really sharp.

The position is ok, there is a great little bar next door It was very basic I wouldn't recommend staying there, rooms are small, bed uncomfortable, wifi is not included and it was rubbish when we did pay. Parking is expensive and breakfast not included. After you pay for all of that the room isn't very cheap after all. Do yourselves a favor and stay at Da Smolka.

Sehr nette Angestellte, kleines, aber sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, sauber und bis auf Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Fehlender Kühlschrank, sehr enges und etwas zu teures Parkhaus.

Schön gestaltete Zimmer; Zentrale Lage; Sehr gute Lage bzgl. Nähe zu Planten & Bloomen (sehr schöne Parkanlage) Frühstück zu teuer (nicht genutzt)

Das ist ein super Hotel, mit ganz tollem Frühstück. Sehr nah an der Alster, den wir über den Park sehr schnell erreicht haben. In dem Park gibt es auch ein rießen Spielplatz, welches für unsern Sohn ein Abenteuer war. Also haben nichts, gar nichts auszusetzen. Werden auf jeden Fall das nächste Mal wieder dort hingehen.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem Empfang. Zimmer in 1a Zustand. Lage des Hotes sehr gut für Unternehmungen. Mitarbeiter der Hotelbar servierten lauwarmen Kaffee und waren nicht mehr gesehen. Bar hat schon vor 1 Uhr geschlossen. Frühstück ist schon sehr teuer. Garageneinfahrt nur für Fahrzeuge bis 1,85 meter Höhe(Hinweis fehlt auf der Hotelseite).

das einzige was nicht so toll war, als ich gebucht habe (und das für sechs personen) wurde die kreditkarte nicht wie in den anderen hotels nur als sicherheit genommen, sondern der betrag wurde gleich zwei tage später abgebucht. ist natürlich nicht so schön, da man dann nicht mehr für mehrere buchen kann. vor ort bezahlen wäre besser.
