The location of the hotel, the location of the room, the quietness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the wide choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel The room needed updating, particularly the bathroom, as we would have preferred a walk in shower instead of an over-bath shower

Location. Bar terrace. Friendly and efficient staff. Great view of AltStadt from little balcony facing into the afternoon sun. Good WiFi availability in entire building. My motorcycle was vandalised in the seemingly unguarded carpark. No monitoring was available. The only credit card terminal in the building was not working on morning of departure.

The hotel is next to a beautiful garden, offers a Farmers Market on Saturdays, and the staff is amazing. It is just a short walk away from the city square.

Personal war sehr freundlich, der Weg zur Altstadt kurz und das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als gut. Kopfkissen, wie in fast allen Hotels aus Schaumgummiflocken keine Federn. Ich fühl mich darauf nicht wohl.

- die Raumaufteilung und -ausstattung - würde dieses Zimmer immer wieder buchen - Badlüftung funktionierte nicht - Lattenrost auf dem Balkon war nicht befestigt (kippte an beim Betreten der Ränder) - Doppelbett war nicht standfest miteinander verbunden!

Het ontbijt was het beste wat ik in 39 jaar reizen over de gehele wereld ben tegengekomen! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Televiesie-kanalen van alle landen tussen Algerije en Zimbabwe maar geen enkel Nederlands kanaal. We misten dat i.v.m. verkiezingsuitslagen zeer.
