When I arrived, a girl told me the hotel was already paid from my card. On check-out, however, another girl insisted on charging my card again. These technical confusions with payments were a little bit annoying

Close to the city centre, quite and there are many restaurants in its surrounding and free access to Internet in the room.

Breakfast is so so

This was a very nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was a good size, not too small. The bathroom was large, and the shower was above average. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was located right under the hotel, which was nice, although it was a bit expensive.

We ordered room service and the food wasn't all that great (plus relatively pricey). The hotel isn't located near the shops and restaurants, and when we tried to take a taxi the driver never showed up, so we just ended up driving downtown to see the sights. Our room didn't have a view over much, but it was still pleasant enough. The bed, however, was intensely uncomfortable. The pillows were small, flat, hard bricks, and the bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. The next day my back was so sore from sleeping on it! These things aside, though, our stay at the Mercure and in Hannover in general was very pleasant.

Wir übernachteten eine Nacht. Schönes, modernes Zimmer ohne viel Schnickschnack aber mit allem, was man so brauch: Großer Spiegel im Bad, Shampoo & Co, genug Platz, schöne Aussicht, TV, Kofferablage usw. Lage super, max. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung stimmten vor allem bei dem gebuchten Angebot sehr!

Die Länge des Bettes (Doppelbett) war sehr kurz. Für normal gewachsene ab ca. 1,70m schon knapp! Der Abfluss der Dusche stank ein wenig, vermutlich länger nicht benutzt. Duschhahn an, Problem behoben. Das Frühstück haben wir bei dem Preis (18€) lieber woanders eingenommen.

Lage des Hotels

Personal unfreundlich Zimmer sehr klein für diesen Preis Frühstück 19€ ist frech Hotel kostet bei Buchung 130€, am Tag der Anreise kostet es nur 100€ bei booking.com, auch das ist frech Personal reagiert darauf nicht. hätte beim einchecken stornieren sollen und dann neu buchen???

Alles in Ordnung. Schnelles einchecken. Raucherzimmer.

Frühstück gut aber zu teuer.

Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Frühstücksbuffet

Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, vor Ort musste für zweite Person ein Aufschlag bezahlt werden. Doppelbett war so eine Schaukelkiste dass eine Person freiwillig auf dem Boden schlief. Frühstück laut Buchung und Aushang im Hotel mit 18€ eh schon teuer, wurden vor Ort dann sogar 19€ berechnet.

The internet is not included in the normal price and is an extra. Nowadays around the World there aren't anymore hotels with two prices for the rooms, one with internet and another without.
