Friendly staff, very large comfortable room for our family of 4, very good quality and spread for breakfast, fresh food. Great views from the top floor breakfast room. Safe, secure off road parking. Would have appreciated free wifi access

I liked that the hotel room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were not very friendly. They did speak English, but not very well. The hall on our floor had a terrible odor. I also did not like the location. I would not stay there again.

Large, clean room, exactly as described. Hotel has few 'frills' but everything you need and members of staff were really helpful. Perfect English spoken, which makes life easier! A full restaurant would have been good but there were choices near by.

Only reason we chose it, was it's closeness to the Hockenheimring (about 6 km / 4 Mi). It's your typical cold looking business hotel, clean, fair rates. No a/c, good breakfast buffet but a bit chaotic at the time we went there (overcrowded, to little staff).

It is an amazing hotel. The price is very good and only 7km from Heidelberg city center. The facilities in the hotel is so good that I was thinking it was a 4 stars hotel. By the way, there is a very good Chinese restaurant in the hotel.

The staff working in the hotel is very helpful. They guided us and resolved some questions we had about getting around. The covered parking is huge and you dont need reservation. The room is fine, quite big actually. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We were supposed to visit Heidelberg and we went by car, so I was not really a problem. But if you have to go there by public transport, it can be difficult for you to move around.

It was located close to touring sites. Close to places to eat. All staff encounters were courteous, helpful and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Carmen at the registration desk, who was most helpful in recommending things to see and locations of said places. She made our stay a very pleasant one. Our experience was all good. No complaints.

It served its purpose for our trip in all aspects we needed. We found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and spacious and contained everything we needed.the staff were friendly ,especially Martin on reception who couldn't do enough for you. Could use an english speaking news channel on the tv eg. Cnn , Sky news.

The location was good. Travelling with children, it was easy to have eateries just next to the building, so just eat and go to the room and relax. The room itself was good, adequate for our small family, and the bath room facilities were also good. Would recommend it to friends.

I like the location in Schwetzingen, friendly staff, free parking, and the fact that the hotel is large with wide hallways and elevator. I was on 6th floor with a great view of the city. My room was large, very comfortable, firm bed pillows, large closet space, black out curtains so it is dark when you sleep in, nice size TV, sparkling white clean bathroom with tub and shower. Excellent hot breakfast in hotel's private breakfast room on 6th floor, wonderful Yang Yang Asian restaurant on first floor. I will stay there many more times. Need to bring own clock and radio. Small refrigerator in room to keep cold drinks would be nice, or ice machine on every floor. Need a "welcome" book in room to tell what time to check out, train schedule, city sights.

As stated in my previous report, I like everything about this hotel from the spacious room to the wonderful breakfast. I could not stay second night I booked because had to return to USA on emergency leave.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Trotz eines kleinen Fehlers beim Buchen auf Seiten des Hotels, wurde uns sofort entgegengekommen und Abhilfe gechaffen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön, doch leider war die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers nicht sehr lobenswert. Am Morgen war es im und um das Hotel sehr laut. Frühstück war okay, nur ist die Menge der Frühstückgäste für nur eine Frau die es richtet viel zu viel und dadurch entstehen Wartezeiten auf ein aufgefülltes Buffet.
