“ Everything was ok. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very warmful and answered kindly to all our requests. The equipment and bedding was appropriate to a family with 2 or 3 small children. ”

We arrived around 2:45 pm the room was NOT ready. The phone in the room was NOT working. We could NOT get any food as all the restaurants around the area were closed from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Didn't like anything about the hotel. The front desk staff was not friendly. I'm an american and she wrote down my room number but used what she said was a german number so I go upstairs looking for my room but since I couldn't understand the germany number I had to go all the way back down and ask her to verbally tell me the room number. Guess what hotel staff.....not everyone that comes to your place is german or knows german! The only thing good about the hotel is that there is a chinese rest. Next to the lobby Tv didn't work.......hotel staff not friendly at all or at least not to me. Room wasn't cleaned properly. I'm just glad I only stayed for 1 night!

Close to F1 but not a lot else in the town The overall impression upon entry to the hotel left a lot to be desired firstly was the poor advice given by the staff at the hotel which we were asking for parking locations but gave the advice of anywhere which is less than ideal. Next the choice of television channels in the room was also poor with only 5 channels being able to use. Furthermore the TV was very poor in that sometimes it would work and somtimes not which was a dissapointment. Also lack of facilties including food and surrounding town also meant there was not much to do. Overall our experience wasn't something that good be savoured.

Very clean, calm, nice & friendly. Location is a bit industrial, alongside the bigger market halls. But not very far away from the centre/castle (1,2km or so..)

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Im selben Haus befindet sich ein asiatisches Restaurant und ein Pizzaservice. Der Pizzaservice liefert bis ins Zimmer hoch. Zudem gibt es Getränkeautomaten auf den Etagen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'hôtel est excellent, bien situé pour qui veut aller à Schwetzingen ou qui est en voiture, bon petit-déjeûner et excellent service. Rien, correspondait parfaitement aux attentes.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist dadurch sehr angenehm und für mich immer wieder der Ausschlag, das Arcadia zu buchen. die Zimmer und den Bäder würde ein Eimer Farbe und eine ordentliche Grundreinigung sehr gut tun. Da ist nix was Pinsel und Lappen nicht heilen könnten;

La camera dell'albergo grande e pulita. La colazione buona. Staff gentile e attento.Da visitare lo Schlossgarden di Schwetzingen. Con la macchina ho raggiunto Heidelberg comodamante, citta assolutamente da visitare. Che dire tutto O.K. Nelle vicinanze c'è un ristorante italiano " Mamma Rosa".

Freundliches Personal / Das amgeschlossene Restaurant ist günstig und sehr lecker (asiatische Küche) insbesondere auch für Kinder. Es ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel, die Matratzen waren lala. Bad zwar sauber aber viele Macken und Placken insgesamt aber ein gutes Abschneiden

J'y séjourne une fois par an pour une réunion entre amis lors du marché de Noël de Heidelberg : très bon accueil, chambres confortables et spacieuses, petit déjeuner complet et copieux, garage couvert et gratuit, très bon rapport qualité prix. Plusieurs restaurants corrects. L'environnement (petite zone commerciale et industrielle) n'est pas glamour mais ce n'est pas un inconvénient pour moi. Moyen de locomotion impératif.

ein super freundliches Personal, außergewöhnlich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ein super Frühstück, auch dieses einwandfrei, auch wieder mit einem tollen Service. Sauberkeit überall. Man müsste mehr als die Note 1 vergeben. Selten haben wir unterwegs dieses, und wir sind geschäftlich sehr viel in Hotels.
