excellent hotel stuff - they solved almost every request wiht a natural smile on their faces; location in the medical park; excellent rumpsteak the restaurant was closed from 18.12.09 to 09.01.10 and this was quite unpleasant especially for people trying to recover after surgery. the alternative meals were not at all ok |

the staff are very nice and they helped me a lot whenever i asked for directions. also the hotel is close from the tram station. each room has its own safty box with pin numbers. they charge for internet. and the hotel money was non-refundable. |

The staff is very friendly and professional.Very good teamwork between the reception-restaurant and bar.The hotel is quiet. Not really an issue, but using the tramway to the city of Hanover or to the fairground takes too long. The menue card of the hotel restaurant is a bit poor, nevertheless, the quality of the food is good. |

We’ve decided to stay in this hotel because it has a restaurant and room service only just to find out that it was not working on the day of our arrival. No information of such was available at the time of the booking even though we booked this hotel about 10 days before our arrival. |

Der Service war gut. Das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem fühlt man sich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl. Nicht gefallen hat mir das Preisleistungsverhältnis bez. des Frühstücks. |

Positief aan het hotel was het nette hotel en het hotelpersoneel. Daarnaast was ook het ontbijt uitstekend verzorgd. Ivm. de rolstoelgebondenheid van mijn vrouw hadden we een mindervalidenvriendelijke kamer. Er was echter een bad in aanwezig waar mijn vrouw absoluut niet in kon voor te douchen of te baden. Een inloop-/inroldouche zou beter zijn geweest. Voor 1 nacht was het echter niet erg. Wat wel erg jammer was, was dat er bij de bar en in de ontbijtruimte een aantal treden/trapjes genomen moest worden om bij de betreffende ruimte te komen. Mijn vrouw kon niet met haar rolstoel bij een gedeelte van het ontbijtbuffet. Dat was temeer jammer, omdat met een beperkte aanpassing (een plateau) dit snel opgelost zou kunnen worden. He is wat raar als je een mindervalidenvriendelijke kamer hebt, maar niet bij een deel van het ontbijtbuffet kunt komen. |

Vi har brugt hotellet som "midtvejshotel" på vej hjem fra ferie i Italien et par gange. Hotellet er moderne, lyst og lækkert interiør, venligt personale, gode værelser samt lækkert morgenmad. Alt i alt super! |

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, bzw. die Hotelzimmer. Das Bett für zwei Personen ist absolut zu klein, bzw. es war nur ein französisches Bett vorhanden, für zwei Personen finde ich den Preis von 109 Euro ohne Frühstück zu hoch. |

Das Restaurant hat mich durch seinen sehr guten Service und die wunderbare Qualität der Speisen (und des Buffets) begeistert, da ich nicht damit gerechnet habe. Der Parkplatz war absolut vereist und die Sauberkeit meines ersten Zimmers war nicht zufriedenstellend. |
