The staff is very friendly and professional.Very good teamwork between the reception-restaurant and bar.The hotel is quiet. Not really an issue, but using the tramway to the city of Hanover or to the fairground takes too long. The menue card of the hotel restaurant is a bit poor, nevertheless, the quality of the food is good. |

We’ve decided to stay in this hotel because it has a restaurant and room service only just to find out that it was not working on the day of our arrival. No information of such was available at the time of the booking even though we booked this hotel about 10 days before our arrival. |

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, bzw. die Hotelzimmer. Das Bett für zwei Personen ist absolut zu klein, bzw. es war nur ein französisches Bett vorhanden, für zwei Personen finde ich den Preis von 109 Euro ohne Frühstück zu hoch. |

die zimmer waren sehr sauber es war ruhig und gut gelegen alles in allem ein sehr gutes hotel bis auf den preis fürs frühstück ist mit 17 € echt zuviel |

Das Restaurant hat mich durch seinen sehr guten Service und die wunderbare Qualität der Speisen (und des Buffets) begeistert, da ich nicht damit gerechnet habe. Der Parkplatz war absolut vereist und die Sauberkeit meines ersten Zimmers war nicht zufriedenstellend. |

Kamer en hotel up to date en netjes Als het hotel een restaurant heeft is dat voor mij een toegevoegde waarde. Echter als die tijdelijk gesloten is voor een periode, wil ik dat wel vermeld zien op de site. |
