Location, close to the River & 'Deutches Eck' Room too warm, Air Con not efficient and room too noisy because of main road to have the window open. 10 Euros per night parking fee |

Great hotel within walking distances of all the sites in Koblenz. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with site-seeing plans. The food as very good.. overall we enjoyed our stay. |

the room was very clean , the view was exellent , the breakfast was very good , nice sauna. good rates , all-round nice place to stay i was disapointed with the reception , they where not very friendly / helpful |

good location next to Rhein and Weindorf, good views, easy walk to bars restaurants, nice terrace,bike hire traffic noise on road side so dificult to sleep if you like an open window |

It`s a hotel with good standards. The location is good - the walk up the river-side to the town is attractive, as long as the weather is O.K. The staff are efficient and very friendly. The signage into the hotel from the underground garage is terrible ; you simply can`t see the door and its accompanying sign unless you`re directly in front of it - which is unlikely upon arrival. This is a minor gripe, but it grates when you have walked about four hundred metres out of the garage, with your bags, only to find you could have entered much more easily and directly. |

Excellent location and nice clean hotel! Very cloe to the river and not too far of a walk to the downtown shopping etc. The room was extremely hot. No a/c and the windows were locked shut so we could not open them. This made for an extremely miserable nights sleep. |

view if rhine close to where it joins the mosel location was next to very busy road. had to cross busy roads and use underpasses that were not well lit at night.room very modern with little comfort. careful with the shower as it soaks the whole bathroom. |

das Haus ist gepflegt. Es ist offensichtlich renoviert und hat daher im Vergleich zu früher gewonnen Alle unsere Zimmer lagen in Richtung Schnellstraße - und es ließ sich nicht ändern?? Bei dr Bestätigung war nicht direkt ersichtlich, dass es ohner Frühstück war. Das hat bei meinen Freunden schon Verwunderung erzeugt. |
