I stayed in a nice suite with a separate bedroom and a big living room with a complementary coffee maker. Improve service of the front desk clark. Don't forget to clean the room (house keeping). Improve the breakfast (at least get rid of the ridiculous small juice glasses. |

Close to the city center. Breakfast was really good but still expensive at 17€ ! Room not so clean in general. Bathroom really small with water leak. There's one star too many. |

A very convenient and modern hotel near the tram station and not so far from the shopping area. Good connections to Messe Duesseldorf via Koeln Deutz. |

Typical low class commercial hotel chain with lots of minus’s. Night traffic can be heard inside rooms during the night. Minimum room to store your stuff. Front and & side streets are being renovated and therefore difficult to find hotel by car & impossible to access the hotel without getting dirty. Taxi required to reach city center. Room service closes at 10pm. I would only book again if price is very low and if it’s the LAST resort when Cologne is fully booked. |

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, unfortunately due to works outside the hotel, it was noisy early morning, no fault of the hotel, the staff arranged another room and moved our bagage. Excellent service will stay again. |

Too noisy room; my room looked on to a busy road, it was not possible to leave the window open if you wanted to sleep. A railway on the other side of the hotel was even noisier. It is quite a distance from the Dom and is near some seedy going ons on the way into town. |

The room was very clean, but small. The decor was charming. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. The services at the reception was good at check in with a city map provided. It was central and easy to walk to popular sites such as Old Town and Dom Cathedral. Construction around the area made driving difficult. A cot was not delivered to the room as requested. When I inquired about it later that night, the receptionist was not helpful saying the house keeping was no longer available to deliver the cot. She says it was "not possible" to obtain a cot for me. Very upset and dissappointed at this big hotel to fail such a minor request. |

Employees were very friendly. This hotel is literally in the middle of construction. Construction work in the hotel and subway construction around the hotel. The other side of the hotel faces some big street/highway. As long as you don't mind horrible noise from 7.30am on (and paying normal rates) for this - don't go there. |

I was visiting during the Carnival and I liked how they had enough staff at hand to deal with the extra customers. The beds where really uncomfortable spring beds. Room was little small and in dire need for renovation. Also the dispenser in the bathroom was a bottle which you could use for shampoo and body soap. Little cheap isn't it? The cleaning lady came by three times before 12 o'clock: 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 to clean our room. The last time she even came into the room. Now I ask you why? |

very disappointed. paid for two double rooms, both at the same price one had single occpancy for my grandmother the single occupancy room was very small. There was building work going on which resulted in it being difficult for taxis to park. One of our party was 84 which ment that she had further to walk than would normally be necessary |

The rooms and facilities were very nice, especially the fitness/sauna room. It was nearly impossible to find from the street due to construction, parking is expensive and not included. Finally, we did not get the smoking room preference we requested over 6 months in advance and nothing was done to make this up to us. |
