Quiet and privacy. Garage approachable directly by internal lift. Room with window in block, because placed on top of the mall's glass-roof. The hotel find oneself in a isolated zone though near the city center. |

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. It offered ease of access to the city centre. There were no tea making facilities in our room. Only a small complaint |

It was close to the centre of Leipzich, but the environment was really quite. Staff was really friendly and helped me with any info i needed about getting somewhere in the city Parking price is too high ... for hotel guests ... |

Can sleep in late and still have room cleaned! Comfy beds; very quiet- we were at a festival often out all night but quiet enough to sleep all day Need tea/coffee making facility. Not enough towels- prefer 2 per person |

It was very conveniently situated for all my needs: it offered immediate access to the city tram network and was within a short walking distance of Augustusplatz and the Leipzig Hauptbahnhof. The air in my room felt a bit dry, even with the window open and the air-conditioning off. |

Grosses Zimmer, Ausblick des Zimmers vom 7. bis 8. Stock, Preis/Leistung, TV mit PayTV option, MiniBar vorhanden und aufgefüllt - Preise liegen im Rahmen, Zimmer mit Klima, Es wird die Möglichkeit geboten Pizza auf's Zimmer bestellen zu lassen, das Frühstück ist wahrlich ein Genuss, grosse Auswahl, ruhige Lage des Hotels, in 3 Minuten einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Hotel auf dem Dach einer Verwaltungs-Promenade - ein Erlebnis wert. Es sollte in Erwägung gezogen werden den Duschvorhang gegen anderes Material zu ersetzen oder gar ganz zu verbannen. Ansonsten alles i.O. |

Die Anmeldung ging sehr schnell, das Auto war in der Tiefgarage gut aufgehoben, das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich und die Entfernung zur Stadtmitte ist sehr kurz. Die Skyline-Bar entspricht nicht den Erwartungen die durch den Namen geweckt werden. |

Das sehr gute Frühstück. Bad mit Wanne. Freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Das Fenster schloss nicht vollständig. Es war sehr warm, obwohl die Heizung ausgeschaltet war. |

Top Lage über den Dächern von Leipzig mit fantastischem Ausblick sogar beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Allgemein guter Service und alle freundlich, jeder Zeit wieder. Etwas nervig ist die Umsteigeprozedur mit den Liften, von der Tiefgarage zum Hotel. Der kostenpflichtige Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sollte einfach im Hotelpreis inbegriffen sein oder zumindest halben Preis haben. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, besonders an Rezeption und Frühstücksbuffet ist groß, man fühlt sich persönlich empfangen Schade dass das Gutenbergpalais so leer ist, das Haus ist wie eine Totenstadt, völlig ohne Leben.Das trübt das Wohlbefinden |
