Being provided with a free metro card was a pleasant surprise. Our room was pleasant and the location of the hotel (immediately opposite the main railway station) was convenient. The front desk staff were a bit off-hand and could have been more informative/welcoming. The breakfast room is shabby (but renovations are under way in the hotel so hopefully the dining room will be included) and the breakfast & and the service basic. |

Very friendful people working in the Hotel. Having some problems with my AC-supply of my laptop they were very good in solving the problem. Situated very close to the railway station and to the center of town the Advena Europe Hotel is a good option for business travellers. |

Location was good for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had an odor. Parking was a long walk from the hotel. |

One of the staff was fabulous: a font of information. Also they gave me a bigger room than I had booked. The lady on the desk in the morning was unhelpful. The proximity to the train station is obviously helpful, but my window over the station was loud. |

Hallo wir waren zum Gutenbergmarathon im Europa Hotel Mainz uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, jedoch konnten wir wegen Lärmbelästigung unten auf der Straße Eingang Sparda Bank nicht eine Minute Schlafen |

wenn man die groesseren Hotelketten umgehen moechte ist das Advena ein sehr nettes und komfortables Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Tipp: das Fruehstueck am Sonntag war ausserordentlich. |
