The hotel had been renovated recently and the rooms are very pleasant. Each of the 4 floors has a different colour theme that maps to the 4 seasons. The restaurant staff was apparently quite unexperienced.

Prima kamers. Het restaurant was gesloten. Zwembad en sauna waren in het geheel niet aanwezig. We konden gebruik maken van deze voorzieningen in het andere Mercure hotel 20 minuten lopen. Zeer slecht en misleidend. Dit word op uw site niet aangegeven.

Das Hotel hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmospäre. Im Restaurant wurde mit Steak-Spezialitäten geworben, allerdings waren diese dann nach Auskunft des Kellners nur von Montag bis Donnerstag erhältlich. Beim Frühstück war der Aufschnitt nicht mehr frisch.

Die komplett neu eingerichteten Zimmer und die Idee der 4-Jahreszeiten-Umsetzung auf 4 Etagen hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das schöne neue Bad mit Dusche. Die Klimaanlage hat leider schlecht gekühlt und es war ziemlich warm in den Zimmern.

Vremea si orasul Sindelfingen Complet dezamagiti desi Mercure este hotelul nostru favorit in care am stat si in alte orase din lume. Am fost extrem de neplacut impresionati de hotel, serviciile si preturile mari fata de calitatea oferita. De la sapunul din baie indoit cu apa, prosoapele de baie lipsa, absenta minibarului, fara mic dejun, parcare si internet incluse (la acelasi tarif am avut totul inclus si chiar mai mult la un hotel de 4 stele in centrul Budapestei), pana la imposibilitatea de -late check-out (trebuie platita inca o noapte pt 2 ore) si inflexibilitatea si rigiditatea personalului hotelului. Am si plecat dupa 3 zile cand am reusit sa gasim alt hotel, mult mai scump dar calitate mai buna. Nu pretul ne deranjeaza ci conceptul.

Leider konnten wir in der kürze unseres Aufenthaltes, das Hotel mit all seinen Vorzügen nicht richtig kennen lernen. Der nette Service hat uns durch einen jungen Mitarbeiter zum Essen sehr gut gefallen (ein sehr netter Azubi). Die freundliche Ausstrahlung und der Umgang mit uns, hat uns sehr gefallen.
