This is my second accommodation in Arcadia Hotel. It is really so good and just a 5 minutes walk from the city. All the workers are so friendly and helpful. It is located in a good area in Trier and this hotel is also safe.

It is the first hotel I visit where check in is available only after 3 pm so I had to walk streets for 3 hours which was quite an exhausting experience

While the Dinner Menu was very limited (reportedly two of the cooks/staff were taken ill!), the food that we ordered was very good. Room was large and comfortable. Why was that we were only allowed room after three pm while we had to check out before 12 noon. Most hotels would turn around a room within an hour! Also absence of coffee tea making facilty in room was felt.

Nice, clean room. Very nice location: outside busy tourist-center, but only 10 minutes walking distance from Kaiserthermen. Some noise from ornamental water-drain outside.

Just outside the city and within easy walking distance to centre and major attractions. We required a room for 4 (parents and 2 older children) and the room was very spacious, a pleasant change.

It was an short walk to the main attractions downtown The hotel charges for everything. The hotel was dirty. The staff was not helpful. Most hotels in Germany provide an included breakfast in the room cost. This hotel charges 16 € a day per person - and it was poorly stocked and not that good compared to other German hotels we visited. We asked the front desk to recommend a restaurant "There are so many" was the response - we only needed one - no help. The carpet in the room had numerous stains. The air conditioning didn't seem to work at all. We had to ask for toilet paper several times - there wasn't any in our room. We ended up buying our own in town. We went to their restaurant and they asked for vouchers - we had cash...their menu had 4 items on it - we left.

Nahe bei der ERA, nicht allzuweit von der Altstadt von Trier entfernt. Enttäuschend ist vor allem, dass kein kostenloses WLAN zur Verfügung steht!

Sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht. Bei der Anreise fehlt das 3. Bett, nach Anruf bei der Reception wurde uns das Bett allerdings sofort aufgestellt.

Die beiden Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Im Wohnbereich gab es eine zusätzliche Küchenzeile mit Spüle,Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.Es waren ausreichend Getränke vorhanden,sowie eine Fernsehzeitschrift und eine Zeitschrift zum Lesen.Im Schlafbereich gab es ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten,die Matratzen waren gut.Die Sanitäranlagen ebenfalls.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man nur die Tür öffnen ( Erdgeschoss),es waren keine Fenster vorhanden.

Wir wurden dort sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal und der Service sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Unserem Wunsch nach Zimmern auf einer Etage wurde sofort nachgekommen. Da wir zur Weihnachtszeit dort waren wurden wir mit einem kostenlosen Glühwein an der Rezeption begrüsst, was auch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Das Zimmer in dem wir untergebracht waren war schon ein wenig "abgewohnt". Der Teppich vor dem Fenster und an der Garderobe hatte bereits kahle Stellen und der Fernseher war defekt. Das war allerding kein grosses Problem, da wir auch nicht zum Fernsehen nach Trier gefahren sind. Der Hinweis darauf wurde freundlich aufgenommen und sofortige Abhilfe zugesagt.

Der Preis eines wirklich sehr großen Zimmers. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Tiefgarage für 9 € ist absolut ok.

relativ modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Stadtmitte zu Fuss gut zu erreichen (15min). Leider waren Reisegruppen (Busse) im Hotel, was z.B. beim Frühstück störte. Hotelbar neben der rezeption zu klein; Raucherbereich nicht abgetrennt (stört).

Ik vind prijs verhouding een goede hotel.Ligging is goed, 10 min vanaf de centrum. parkeer garage is makkelijk bij de hotel mijn kamer is een beetje te warm (aan zon zijde). Maar mijn kinderen hebben totaal geen last van warmte.Airco werkt niet. Maar in booking.com staat niet dat er een airco beschikbaar is. Voor een 4 ster hotel zou dat wel moeten...

Die Größe des Zimmers ist O.K. Die Betten auch. Der Begrüßungssekt und der freundliche Empfang. Der Zimmerservice war nicht zufriedenstellend. Wasserglas wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Betten waren nicht ordentlich gemacht. Die Kopfkissen lagen genauso wie wir das Zimmer verlassen hatten, lediglich die Bettdecke war neu gefaltet. Das Zimmer lag über dem Eingangbereich direkt über der "Raucherecke", daher zog der Rauch in unser Zimmer und es war nachts sehr laut. Die Lampe über dem Spiegel im Badezimmer war kaputt und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Beim Auschecken wurde uns zweimal Frühstück berechnet. Wir haben aber nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. Eine sofortige Rückbuchung war nicht möglich, da der "Code" für die Buchung nur der Geschäftsleitung bekannt ist, die aber um 6.30 Uhr nicht im Hause war.
