It was great to be close to the Cologne Cathedral in order to be able to see the Cathedral illuminated in the dark without having a long walk late at night. Hotel was very clean and comfortable; air conditioning worked very well. |

the staff were outstanding. the location was very central and the views amazing. this was my second stay here and i love it!! the free minibar was a real treat and of course the complimentary dressing gown and slippers. the only problem we had was the price of the internet and the price of water outside of the minibar. |

A hotel that I know well and like but, arriving late, there was no interest in helping us to find anything to eat - apart from nuts - in the hotel. We asked for feather pillows in our application for accommodation. They were not provided. Very expensive breakfast - 23 Euros per person - which meant that we ate elsewhere. |

Front office staff excellent! Give them a pay raise! :) Cost of internet very very high. A free 10 or 15 minute internet card to check emails would have been great as not many internet cafe's around area. |

I liked the location, view of the cathedral and the price offered. (1)Its called the Dom Hotel ( Le Meridien not posted as the official name). this made me look for it for a while before check in. (2) the room service meneu was a bit limitted for a 5 star Hotel. |

people were very friendly yes housekeeping was not good,room was not very arranged, when I asked if they have shuttle service to the airport, they said yes but they did not say that they will charge me 96 euros for this service , so I thought it was free |

lo mejor con diferencia es la ubicacion, no podria estar en mejor sitio, la habitacion fue pequeñisima para el precio y sus 5 estrellas no corresponden al confort de la habitacion tal vezl la suit (doble precio) seria fabulosa,la mia fue todo lo contrario |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la posibilidad de haber pernoctado en un hotel de tanto prestigio y tradición en la ciudad de Colonia a un precio absolutamente asombroso y sorprendente y que además se nos haya subido de categoría asignándonos una Suite Ejecutiva todo al mismo precio de una habitación estándar que ya de por sí era una super-oferta. Me hubiera gustado que un Hotel como el Dom Hotel Le Meridien tuviera la amabilidad de abrir la puerta del taxi que nos llevó hasta la puerta del mismo Hotel y no tuviera que esperar a que se abriera la puerta después de llamar al timbre, aunque fueran las 5 de la mañana. |
