So close to the cathedral. That you could nearly touch it

Perfect location of the hotel, right in front of the dome and 3 min walk from train station. The room itself had a direct view on the dome and was just fantastic. Very welcoming staff as well.

No free wifi. Internet connection costs a fortune which is no longer acceptable in those days.

I stayed in a single room and it was super small and looked like a rabbit house. I did not feel like I was staying at 5 star hotel. There was no pot eiher

Poor attitude of staff Have stayed here before it has recently been taken over and this is no longer a 4 star hotel coffee in the room was previously complimentary now you pay. You cannot get a cup of coffee other than through room service. All staff had a very cannot do approach , we will not be returning

Excellent stay!!! All very good Brilliant concierge ....would stay in this hotel again!!

Only downside was ....very disappointed getting up at 4am for a 5am rail service and not being able to get any room service.

Great hotel in prime position. Rooms and suites really comfortable. Helpful attentive staff.

Everything was as it should be. Clean, tidy, luxurious and spacious.

Internet access and mini bar was expensive, even for a luxury hotel.

My car battery died and the people there were very helpful. They called adac for us because we did not speak German. They kept calling back to make sure we were taken care of. They gave us complimentary drinks . Well done and thank you so much.

The location is excellent. The Delux Dom rooms are spacious and modern. The views were great.

False fire alarms - twice!

Location is excellent Hotel is of a hgih standard but not five star in the true sense of the word. Good atmosphere Room was quiet as requested

Slight damage to bath Leak from seal covering bath/shower when shower hit it at certain angle, meant a wet floor Cost of Internet access (5 euros for one hour)

a) Toilet seat was too low b) Hand basins had no plugs, making it difficult to have a wet shave c) breakfast is too expensive. Why not have a choice of three or four breakfast option catering for the small eater to the big eater

Our room was rather cold tried to turn up thermostat but didn't warm up, The staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the Ustinof Bar but the smoking was terrible. We thought the breakfast was very over priced.

Central location.

Expensive WiFi. Was charged for using the in-room coffee machine - ridiculous! No Fitness facilities. Hotel guests were not allowed to use the hotel balcony.

The location and view from the window are excellent. Staff is very approachable.

Alarm system was turning on twice at 5am in the morning Lifts do not work properly. They are slow. One or another is alwais in repair.

lack of willingness to tackle "need for taxi" I have a leg problem.... why not have an arrangement with a cab company tio ferry patrons to the station for a " fee" wh9ich I would be prepared to pay...This omission was a major inconvenience.

Shortage of Breakfast items at certain times

It was perfectly located for our tour of the Christmas Markets. It was festively decorated, which added to the fun. The room was smallish but well appointed- the bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. Room service was excellent, although its menu had little variety. However, they immediately and graciously delivered the restaurant's full menu. The staff was attentive and courteous and very prompt to help. The location was perfect, close to important attractions, museums and restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay.

We asked for an extra bed, since our daughter joined us at the last moment. This bed was impossible to sleep on and occupied all the free space of an already small room. We ended up sleeping all together in the big bed which was quite uncomfortable... and had to pay the 40 euros anyhow. We suggest the hotel advise of the unsuitability of extra beds in small rooms and of the quality which would be appropiate for only a small child.
