L'emplacement de l'hotel et l'accès parking / chambre agréable / petit déjeuné trés bien / bagagiste au moment du départ. - Lors de notre arrivé par le parking, pas de bagagiste , donc nous sommes obligé nous-même de porter toutes nos valises dans un escalier en colimaçon - ce n'est pas digne d'un hotel de ce standing. éGalement les employés ne parle pas un mot Français, meme pas 1 personne à l'acceuil au moin. Pas de spa. / pas de chauffage a notre arrivée dans les chambres !!! a nous de la mettre en marche !!! |

A hotel that I know well and like but, arriving late, there was no interest in helping us to find anything to eat - apart from nuts - in the hotel. We asked for feather pillows in our application for accommodation. They were not provided. Very expensive breakfast - 23 Euros per person - which meant that we ate elsewhere. |

Front office staff excellent! Give them a pay raise! :) Cost of internet very very high. A free 10 or 15 minute internet card to check emails would have been great as not many internet cafe's around area. |

I liked the location, view of the cathedral and the price offered. (1)Its called the Dom Hotel ( Le Meridien not posted as the official name). this made me look for it for a while before check in. (2) the room service meneu was a bit limitted for a 5 star Hotel. |

people were very friendly yes housekeeping was not good,room was not very arranged, when I asked if they have shuttle service to the airport, they said yes but they did not say that they will charge me 96 euros for this service , so I thought it was free |

The room was beautifully decorated and furnished comfortably. Also the view overlooking the Dom was fantastic. The charge for wireless access was outrageous--higher than anything we've ever paid. Also the parking garage was a challenge for us until we figured out how to enter it--some advance information for guests could be helpful. Even then, the spaces are extremely tight. It's a public facility, however, so the hotel can't do much to change this. But they can reduce or eliminate the internet fee. |
