The only good thing is the position
Old forniture no fridge inside the room bathroom very old style... 200 euro for a night a bit too much
i love everything in here.. the location are very near to subway, foods/shopping its heaven.. all places are easy to reach by foot ( ich liebe Stuttgart) <3 ..the room are very clean and comfortable.
nothing.. but if u have a queen size bed,it would be better.
Next to the going out zone.
The decoration of the rooms is a bit oldfashioned. The dining room is poorly lit and makes you a bit depressive.
Very central and was one of the last hotels available on a busy week. WiFi worked well once I loaded up the secure access keys onto PC and iPad.
room was run down and the breakfast was simple, cold and boring. Overall the hotel was well under what I expected for the price (130 Eur) but I doubt that is it's normal rate.
When we arrived, the receptionist told us that we haven't the rooms. They sent us to another hotel, out of the city center, but without to advise the hotel staff. So, we risked to not have a room. Fortunately, the staff of the second hotel was really friendly and helpful.
Proximaty to the city, shops and bakeries. Good advice from the staff for dinner.
Clean, good location
In weekend the bar Mocco has so loud hard core music until 03:30 in the morning. We could not sleep until that time. While booking, this information should be provided to the guest and let the guest decide if he/she agree to be awaken, in weekends, until 03:30am. The staff said it's because the location is in mid-town. That's ridiculous since that loud music is not normal - it was felt like someone is drumming on your head… The basic obligation of a hotel is to give us a place to sleep at night. It was not provided!
Location perfect for shopping
No possibility of parking nearby except fairly expensive car park
location. staffs are friendly.
Location Friendly staff Cleanliness
The night manager was very helpful and went out of his way to find me a spare phone charging lead late at night
Decor is a little tired
A fabulous location close to everything in the city. The room was spacious, clean and bright. A very large bathroom by European standards.
The smell of smoke in the main lobby
Breakfast wasn't worth for extra money...., it should be included... there are no facecloth and no fridge in the room...miss it!
in a very good shopping area, everything is close to walk. Hotel is clean und the staff is friendly. would stay again
Even my kids who are not that fussy they said that this hotel is rubbish ...
Too dark , dirty floor, paid for extra €10 for a bed which wasn't even there. They just put it in when I complained.Depressing view...Never again.i don't. Write reviews in anything but this one I feel I really need to because it's a horrible hotel!
Place, area, pubs. That was the whole purpose of stay.
Driving in the area is messy because of constant constructions running, but there are parking houses around the corner.
Room size, bathroom, etc.
Central location Helpfull and polite staff Large rooms
No wifi code TV on small side Cigarette burns in carpet in a non smoking room!
Most of the reception staff, except for the lady who checked us in, were very nice and cooperative. The main and probably only advantage of the hotel is the location, other than that, it is just a place to spend the night. I couldn't wait to finish the 3 nights we had booked to move on to a more convenient hotel.
We arrived beginning of August, it was very hot, very humid, and the hotel does not have Air conditioning !!! Instead, they had a little noisy fan you could use during the night to be able to choose not to suffocate but instead try to deal with the noise to sleep :( Towels after first night were left dirty, seems they picked them off the floor and hung them back on. Had to go down ask for clean towels, reception staff were cooperative though. Says you should ring if you arrive late at the hotel, but no one answered even after 15 minutes. In the end, I had to call my family (woke them up) to come down and open the door for me. I felt the hotel was quite overpriced for the value one would notice.
this hotel located in really heart of stuttgart old town,
i hope hotel will change pillows and matress as soon as possible
Wi-Fi is for free, but it is a bit painful to use --- they gave us a number of login info as there is a 500 MB traffic limit on each free Wi-Fi user account. It means that you probably have to login a couple of times if you are streaming a 1-hour long HD video.
It is a good place to stay, close to the city center and not far from public transport. It was a big room with all the facilities and it was a quiet place to sleep.
Never changed the linen in 4days. Windows without safety locks for kids. Awful staff Dirty rooms Electrical sockets and switches inside the bathroom!! Rooms smelt! Please do not go with family to this so called 3star hotel I was glad to get through the the 4 days
Internet is not available Personal - terrible (overcharge, cant help to park car, cant show way to the hotel, dont want to resolve internet issue) Very loudly at night
