Breakfast wasn't worth for extra money...., it should be included... there are no facecloth and no fridge in the room...miss it!
in a very good shopping area, everything is close to walk. Hotel is clean und the staff is friendly. would stay again
Place, area, pubs. That was the whole purpose of stay.
Driving in the area is messy because of constant constructions running, but there are parking houses around the corner.
Room size, bathroom, etc.
Central location Helpfull and polite staff Large rooms
No wifi code TV on small side Cigarette burns in carpet in a non smoking room!
Most of the reception staff, except for the lady who checked us in, were very nice and cooperative. The main and probably only advantage of the hotel is the location, other than that, it is just a place to spend the night. I couldn't wait to finish the 3 nights we had booked to move on to a more convenient hotel.
We arrived beginning of August, it was very hot, very humid, and the hotel does not have Air conditioning !!! Instead, they had a little noisy fan you could use during the night to be able to choose not to suffocate but instead try to deal with the noise to sleep :( Towels after first night were left dirty, seems they picked them off the floor and hung them back on. Had to go down ask for clean towels, reception staff were cooperative though. Says you should ring if you arrive late at the hotel, but no one answered even after 15 minutes. In the end, I had to call my family (woke them up) to come down and open the door for me. I felt the hotel was quite overpriced for the value one would notice.
this hotel located in really heart of stuttgart old town,
i hope hotel will change pillows and matress as soon as possible
Wi-Fi is for free, but it is a bit painful to use --- they gave us a number of login info as there is a 500 MB traffic limit on each free Wi-Fi user account. It means that you probably have to login a couple of times if you are streaming a 1-hour long HD video.
It is a good place to stay, close to the city center and not far from public transport. It was a big room with all the facilities and it was a quiet place to sleep.
Never changed the linen in 4days. Windows without safety locks for kids. Awful staff Dirty rooms Electrical sockets and switches inside the bathroom!! Rooms smelt! Please do not go with family to this so called 3star hotel I was glad to get through the the 4 days
Internet is not available Personal - terrible (overcharge, cant help to park car, cant show way to the hotel, dont want to resolve internet issue) Very loudly at night
the size of the room was good and comfortable
no view in my room you have to get an internet pass word for every day 24h
- Good location - Decent wifi
- No air conditioning, the rooms were brutally hot - Things were broken, some were fixed with duct tape such as our shower tube - Breakfast room with no windows - Expensive price for what is being offered
Fantastic location. Walk toward the church for Green supermarket and great restaurants.
Who chose the colour schemes for the rooms?
Fair size room and bathroom.
Very noisy hotel, with thin walls, so noise from the corridor and rooms next door prevented me from sleeping.
Loved the 12 digit wifi passwords... Im on holiday- I've got nothing better to do with my time! Capitals and lower case up the wazoo. Just to make sure you appreciate it, you must sign in every time you use it. Ho. Hum.
No Air Con. It's summer, 34 deg outside, 40 deg in the room, facing west!!! How wonderful. Luckily the German engineers had been in my room before I checked in, to install a plastic pedestal fan on the carpet which will evenly, and lovingly, blow the hot air all over your supple body. When Rip Van Winkle awakes, he asks, "What century is this?"
super Lage, freundliche Personal.
3-Tage-Karte bei dem nicht erhältlich.
Near to thw city center.. it's a nice place to stay..
It's a little bit old hotel.
Noisy Blackout curtains
I had a very specific request which I sent it per email to the reception three days before my arrival and it was important for my stay at the location. I received no answer, so I thought that there was no problem about what I was asking for. As I arrived the receptionist told me that it was not possible for my request to be applied and that it was a responsibility of the day-receptionist to answer to my email. I found it completely unprofessional.. I should have be gone at the time...
Exorbitant price (EUR300 pn) in view of how basic the accommodation is. Exposed to significant street noise (party people) until 4am. Very rude personnel. A colleague traveling with me didn't even have her own bathroom (had to share with two other rooms). I had to wait 15mn at reception desk for someone to arrive and check me in (at 7:30 pm).
Really good offer
The TV was old, the floor was old.
Early building site noise from the left, room could do with up date very poor furniture.
Great location right in the centre, big room
Smell in the lobby, polyester sheets
Location is good
The prize is very very high with respect to facilities
