It was a perfect hotel: clean, spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We loved our stay there, and would definitely stay again! |

Very modern and stylish and right in the town centre. The rooms are nice and confortable and a decent size with good quality furnishings and a modern stylish bathroom. I only used the restaurant for breakfast and this was excellent too. Parking is a problem due to the location so make sure to reserve it with the hotel as they have some private places (payable of course). |

How friendly welcoming and accomodating all staff were, thoroughly reccommend a stay. No tea/coffee facilities in room, however, this has since been addressed. |

Friendly staff, very nice room, excellent restaurant. It was difficult to check-out in the morning since no one what available to check out at 7:00 am. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive. |

The receptionist was so efficient to the point of helping us park the van. There is an elevator and it is in walking distance of downtown. Large rooms and very nice bathrooms. |

Great location, great breakfast buffet, friendly and knowledgeable staff Could not obtain internet access in my room. The room faced the street on which the bar enterance was located and because it was hot the windows were open and there was noise of the patrons leaving at 2am. |

It was very close to downtown and to the spa area. Nice rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The beds were too hard and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. |

Small hotel but charming with full of flowers at the windows. It is located center of the city, but the city is not walking distance from the station. Access to the hotel by taxi is preferrable. |

Staff was very helpful. We had to check out very early to catch a flight home and the staff prepared us breakfast even though they weren't open yet. In addition the room was very large and clean. |

Good cost preformance. Three star, but much better than other four stars. Renovated 1-2 years ago. Clean and good design room. Better to try dinner at the restaurant. |

The hotel was very trendy, hip and comfortable. The location was really good too, really close to the Casino, bathhouses, and pedistrian walkways. Breakfast was decent, but not great. |

The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. Onsite parking is available at the hotel. Compared to other German hotels we have stayed in, this is a good hotel for its price. |
