the staff were friendly, the room was excellent. & whilst not in the centre of town it was easily reached in 10 minutes by the No7 tram that stopped directly across from the hotel. All in all a good place to stay

The staff spoke English. Car park for the guests. Walking Distance to good restaurants and town centre. Comfy beds, I would use this hotel again if staying in Leipzig. There were no kettle, mugs, tea bags etc. in the room to make a nice cuppa after our long drive. No mini bar either.

Das Hotel liegt direkt ca. 12 min mit der Tram vom Zentrum weg. Ideal für Kurzbesuche in Leizig. Auch wenn das Hotel Merseburger Hof an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war der Aufenthalt ruhig (Fenster sind gut gedämmt). Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Insbesondere das Personal war sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder !!!!

Dobry dojazd do centrum miasta - przystanek niemal pod samym hotelem, dobre śniadanie. Hotel jest położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, a okna nie posiadają wygłuszenia - dla osób z lekkim snem może to być uciążliwe. Z powodu położenia również latarnie uliczne oświetlają pokój przez całą noc, a zasłony są wykonane z cienkich tkanin.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Das Hotel ist hellhörig und die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind durch Straßenbahn und Verkehr (Bundesstraßen führt direkt vor dem Hotel vorbei) recht laut. Es gab keinen Hinwei bei der Buchung, daß es Raucher-/Nichtraucheretagen gibt. Wir waren dadurch ungewollt als Familie in einer Raucheretage untergebracht. Anstelle des gebuchten Doppelzimmers mit Zustellbett haben wir ein 4 Bettzimmer erhalten. Dafür gab es dann keinen Tisch im Zimmer, was wir als schlecht empfanden.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ! trotz Lage ruhiges Hotel am Wochende ! kurzer Weg zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ! 1. zu kleiner Fernseher im Zimmer ... ! 2. zu wenig Hängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher (z.B. zum trocknen im Bad/Dusche), bei 2 Personen und somit 4 Handtüchern + Fußmatte vor Dusche ist 1 Stck. Bügel zu wenig, ein paar Haken an den Wänden des Bades wären auch sehr hilfreich !

Unkompliziertes Einchecken, aufmerksames hilfbereites Personal, immer Ansprechpartner da, wirkt sehr schön familiär, lecker Frühstück, saubere gemütliche Zimmer Bad war an manchen Stellen etwas unsauber, aber hygienisch einwandfrei

Die Nähe zu Plätzen, die ich besuchen wollte, war für mich ein Grund, dieses Hotel zu wählen. Die Lärmbeeinträchtigung durch den Verkehr der benachbarten Straße. Die Essensqualität im Restaurant -außerhalb des Frühstücks- war begrenzt.

Empfang, Service freundlich wie immer. Zimmer i. O. Frühstück soweit i.O., jedoch Preis (10 € pro Person) relativ hoch für die doch einfache (aber ausreichende) Buffetauswahl !

Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, die ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer war mit WLan angeboten. Dies gilt nicht für alle Zimmer, darüberhinaus ist die Gebühr von 24 Euro/Tag unverhältnismäßig hoch.

Dusche mit Haaren verdreckt.Geringer Wasserdruck.Lichtleistung am Waschtisch zu gering. Fernseher zu klein. 10 € für Frühstück dieser Leistung geht an der Realität vorbei. Leipzig ist schließlich keine Metropole in Asien, Amerika, oder Europa. Und wenn ich 10 € für ein Frühstück bezahlen würde darf ich um einiges mehr erwarten als im Mersebruger Hof geboten wird.

Неплохой отель, чисто, круглосуточный ресепшн, ресторан. Бесплатная парковка, рядом трамвайная остановка. Боулинг, относительно близко к центру. маленький номер , отсутствие холодильника и чайника. до утра под окном могут орать пьяные немцы или голандцы. нет рускоговоряшего персонала.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Betten boten guten Schlafkomfort. Parkplätze waren zahlreich und kostenlos. Es gab offen erkennbare Stellen (z.B. Klopapierhalter), die womöglich jahrelang nicht staubgewischt wurden...
