The location right next to the U-Bahn was extremely convenient and in general the facilities were good, if not better than expectation. However, the comprehensive and standard of breakfast was hands down the highlight. The description of the in-room facilities on booking was inaccurate and it was something of a trial to have the hotel meet these (such as free Wi-Fi) where it was correct. |

The hotel is directly accessible to the Interanational Conference Center Munich. By U-Bahn a trip into the city center takes only 20 minutes with one change and is very easy to navigate. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant food is very good. |

Good sized room and bathroom!!! Restaurant was highly priced and our service was average to poor (Looked like there was a very popular pizza place across from restaurant, would try this next time). |

Novotel is an excellent hotel for families. They will accommodate children in room for no extra charge - and their breakfast buffet is fantastic and again, the children are included with the adult price (no extra charge). As a family of 5, we will look for Novotel hotels because it is often hard to find places that accommodate us in Europe. A bit of a distance from the center of the city, it is very easily accessible with the underground - just outside the front door and no transfers necessary. This specific Novotel hotel has fabulous decor and unique rooms - but they are a bit smaller than other Novotel hotels. Be sure to let them know that you have need of an extra bed in the room ahead of time. |

Great service and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking and breakfasts a little on the dear side - perhaps there should be a family rate as well as business rate. Internet facilities could be built into room cost so that it wouldn't present an additional charge... |

Very clean, the staff were always polite and helpful. The buffet breakfasts were good but the cooked elements were tasteless, juices were not fresh... However, it's still a great start to the day. |

The service was good, the staff was kind. In general, we didn't like our experience because we were not happy to be far from the airport. It was not convenient for us. So, the hotel was good, but the location was not good. On your site, there is a mistake, there is a confusion between the Novotel close the airport and the Novotel Munchen Messe. The fact that it was far from the airport. Also, the price for the breakfast is a bit expensive (19 euros/person). Internet was expensive too. |

Good value for money. Location is a bit far but has no problem reaching the city centre as the Metro is just a few minutes away. Excellent buffet breakfast and services in the hotel. Have to pay in advance and it's non-refundable. Even if we shift to a double room, we can't get any money back. |
