So close to the underground station.

Breakfast was overpriced.

Receptionists behavior was terrible, they didn't welcome us, we waited about 30 minutes to go to our room, they didn't help us about anything, it was not a good stay, receptionists tend us like we were not guest, it was like we were unwanted people, i fell into bad situation in the face of my family.

Location with shopping and underground just in front of the hotel

Staff is not friendly , not helpful

Closed to subway (50 mt and then 20 minutes to Marienplatz), shopping centre and easy access from motorway.

Parking too expensive (17 euro/day)

Location is just outside the metro, which is indeed a surprise.

It's a little bit far from the centre, if you are a tourist.

I liked the fact that they managed to get us a room way early before the official checking in time coz we had traveled with night train so we didn't have to go around with our luggage till 15.00,easily allocatable and close to subway to city center,safe place and the shopping mall was a huge bonus

The only thing that failed was that the breakfast fee was not inclusive in the stay in and for you to have breakfast it was an additional 19euros more,that was absurd for me.

Perfect location for the Neue Messe with a 30m dash to the escalator in to the U-bahn from the front door to connect with Munich. The breakfast is superb - at a price.

Bar is pricey but as expected.

- Friendly staff - Clean and nice room, well equipped - Food was excellent

- Price rose from € 129 for an executive room on January to € 179 for a standard room in March (probably due to a show in Munich Messe at that period) - Wifi access cost of € 5 for 24h, and was not working well at all. This is somehow a shame to pay for a wifi access in a business-type hotel these days.

Ideal location for the Neuer Messe West entrance and the Ost entrance is one stop away on the U-bahn which is right outside the hotel (€2.60 ticket). There is a big shopping centre right next to the hotel with a food hall and italian and sushi restaurants there as well. A taxi costs €60-€65 from the airport and takes about half an hour.

It was convenient for my place of business. The staff were friendly and the room was clean / comfortable.

Could not book directly for 1 day Charge of €19 for breakfast is total overcharge on top of €120 room rate WiFi charge is Extra so I did not use this. Last time I tried the wifi it was extremely slow! For a Novotel things like this let down the overall experience and customers start to look at alternate hotels that include continental breakfast and wifi as standard There was no English language news (Sky / cnn ?) service (that I could find) on any of the tv channnels. For a hotel that caters for International Visitors this is another reason to stay elsewhere in future?

Location right outside Messe west Underground station, with escalators always running, its so convenient to & fro the main city, direct line U2 takes you to Hauptbahnhof in 20 minutes.

There was no refill of toileteries and the refill of the tea/coffemaking condiments was not done properly and 1 sachet of choclotmilk for a double room is a bit cheap. The tv has many channels in German, Arabic, French etc. but has only English news channels and no English movie channel.

Location close to Messe facilities and close to metro station, size of room and its equipment, good food in the restaurant.

Internet not included in the price, cleaning could be more careful.

Location is perfect for Messe area visitors. The hotel was quite clean, the design was OK.

Quick check in and out, comfotable and clean hotel. About a 20 minute underground journey into the city.

It's just byside of the metro station, and very close to 'Riem Arcade' shopping center. Room is big enough for 2 people, and very confort. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but the lady was very kind to let us check in at noon time, it was very convienient for us, foreign travellers.

Very close to the U-Bahn. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful as well.

Wireless Internet was not free. They have computers in lobby to use which is nice, but wireless should be included in all hotels in my opinion.
