és cèntric i tranquil, molt a prop de l'estació i també del centre històric, és net i l'esmorzar està bé. el passadís feia una olor estranya a la sisena planta i l'edifici per fora no és gaire maco, tot i que de dins està prou bé. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. On 6th December an unexpected visit from St Nicholas, who left us a small sack of oranges, nuts and chocolate -- a really super touch to be included in customs of the country -- over and above expectation! Breakfast very nice. |

Good central location, inner city parking at a reasonable rate, free up grade to a larger room, very nice and helpful staff and five minutes walk into the very centre of Munich. The room was a bit dated, particularly the bathroom, which I can't say I minded but some people might |

Very kind, quiet, clean, close to all connections, nice breakfast Its a pity I could not send Emails with the internet server.The server which is used by the hotel does not allow that. You can receive e- mails though. |

Friendly and efficient reception. Yes, they were drilling holes at 16:30 and it was highly inconvenient. No warning or apology whatsoever. |

Place: near to center, near to underground, two stations from Deutsches museum, few meters from Mainrailway station, but in quiet place and with own parking. Breakfast: buffet with a large selection. Helpful staff. Nice modern room. I have my parking place inj order but maybe if the hotel will be full there can be problem with parking... but i don't know. Don't forget to have a German ecological plaque if you are going by car! |

Staff were friendly and location extremely convenient for public transport links (tram, train and underground) and city centre sightseeing. Despite proximity to main station, location was quiet. Shower was a bit cramped and room did not have coffee-making facilities. For a city centre location in a tourist destination, it was surprising that CNN was the only English (just) language TV station. |

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the location, just across the road from the main train station, could not be better. The room was a little bit tired but the hotel was still excellent value for money, we stayed in a double room for four nights for 348 euro, including breakfast |

good location close to the central station. room was a good size. breakfast area far too busy, i couldnt be seated so i didnt get breakfast despite paying for it in my room rate: they need to cater better for single travellers. no tea / coffee facility in room. |

We liked the friendly staff, the central location, the buffet breakfast, the quiet surroundings and the ladies servicing the breakfast were both efficient and amicable. The bathroom was a disapointment. It was small , the washbasin was cracked and discoloured. It was almost impossible to change the water from the bath faucets to the shower function. |

Staff very helpful in allowsing me to print off copy of reservations needed for booked tour. Was unaware that I required paper documentation. Recommendations would be minibar or rather small refridgerator where guests can put in water, juice or snacks to keep cold during stay. Also, softer toilet paper. |

The Hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the included breakfast had a good selection of menu items On Monday mornings the garbage collection on units facing the street was very loud. No included Wifi orInternet |

Very friendly staff, good location, parking behind the hotel, good breakfast. Overall pretty good value for the money. Not much negative to say. The hotel is a bit worn out, but the room itself was clean and tidy so no problem. |
