Hotel Metropol    

Hotel Metropol was a great hotel to spend the 2 nights I had in Munich. City centre was walking distance approx 10 minutes, rooms were big and airy, bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast had a great selection and staff throughout the hotel were outstanding - very approachable and friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again myself.

Value for money, it's location to the main station and shopping area. The breakfast was plentiful and very nice. We were a led to store our luggage and the staff were very nice. The hotel is very nice and stylish.

Far and away the best 3 star hotel in Europe. Fabulous value.

Minutes to get out to the country, minutes to Marienplatz, and across the street from the train station, excellent location. Breakfast included with the room, is good value. Excellent staff all around.

Everything is quite good. The location is especially good because it's neat the central station and you can just walk to everywhere in the city center.

This hotel is not so cost effective. So if you are on your own and want to save money, this may not be the right choice for you.

It was not my first stay at the Hotel. I chose it due to close location to the Central Station and good brekfast with an excellent cafe-mashine.

I have booked an advanced doble room but it seemed to me I was provided with similar one on the first floor. It was hard to bring my heavy baggage up with 10 high steps! I asked to change but was declined at the reception.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is big with modern decoration. Breakfast is very bountiful. It is very close to main station but located in a very quiet street, and only 15 mins walk to city central. It a little bit pricey but worth to stay again.

The water temperature of shower is not consistent.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Left a little chocolate bunny on the pillow which is a nice touch

Being kept waiting at reception when signing in for quite some time half way through registering us while he spoke on the phone. Very small bathroom with nowhere to put toiletries

Nice hotel close to the station in a quiet side street. Spacious, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Perfect if you need somewhere to sleep for a night near the station.

You have to keep your ski gear in the storage room downstairs for some reason.

Friendliness of staff. Impeccable English. Cleanliness. Quiet room. Size of room . Value for money. 2 mins walk from Central Station.

It was good in general. It has a good location near the main train station.

1/ Parking is not free 2/ No slippers were available in the room and when I asked them for slipper they gave me by 1.5€ and only very small size was available.
