Helpful staff, great breakfast, good value for money. Good location, in a great neighbourhood and underground metro station at your door.

Small towels, sunlight in bedroom at 6 am (the courtains don't cover for it at all).

The hostel is located really in a very good place. There is underground just close to it and there are many good places to eat just near the entrance of the hostel. Very nice lobby bar where you can relaxe and chat with friends. Very nett stuff.

Windows led to Meringdamm. It is very hard to sleep because of the constant noise coming from outside. The rooms are old, bathroom need to be repaired

That we were a couple and booked what was meant to be a double rooms and ended up with a bunk and a single bed.

The computers for Internet where slow. (Although the free wi fi was great) have travel adapters to sell or loan to customers would have been the icing on the cake!

Nobody was snoring tho I was the only girl in the room for 12 people! Breakfast is quite ok. Location is just awesome! Free Wi-Fi, shower/toilet in the room (and it's clean). Bed linen and first towel are for free. You can leave important stuff like iPad or laptop or whatever at the reception, write down your name and they will take care of it.

I couldn't brush my teeth in the room cuz I was coming late night or leaving early morning so I wanted to use girls' toilet on the floor, but there was no cold water in the tap on the 4th floor and no hot water on the 3rd floor :d which was quite funny tho. I used cold water. Also you need to bring your own padlock (or buy it there for 3 eur) to use the locker in the room. Also I booked a room for 8 people and another guy in the room said he booked a room for 6. We both were hosted in the room for 12 but it wasnt full and people were cool!

Friendly staff, clean room, really good breakfast, comfortable beds. You could really not ask for more from a hostel.

I like the large dorm room I stated in. The Hostel none smoking, which is very good.

Generally good location next to the U-bahn entrance - one could get to any of the sights in Berlin very easily. Decent buffet breaksfast and my private room was of a very good standard. Their bicycle hire was very convenient.

Near the metro station where there are many Turkish and Chinese fast foods serving all nights

The room beds are not specified and hard to identify if somebody has checked out or not

Wifi was not well connected

Staff were nice and friendly.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned in advance and room was extremely noisy being located right next to the breakfast room. The coffee was terrible. We paid €75 per night and only received two tiny towels.

The Service, Always smiling and amicable, and the location easily connect to any part of berlin.
