Room was very clean. Molton Brown shampoo and body lotion has left a memorable impression. Comfortable bed. Very clean and modern bathroom. Super fast free Wifi. Highly recommended
Hallways were a bit cramped but not too bad. Room was a bit small but excellent for the price (46 euro a night).
Room ok. Everything fine. But, no car park - must be paid additionally till 22.00 on the street.
Very close to underground station and to the centre. Helpfull staff, especially the two women, they gave us a lot of alternatives to go to the airport. Room was cleaned every day, even when we didnt requested it.
Wi-fi password changed every midnight, so you couldnt use the internet in the morning before u get the new password. Found it a little pricy suggested the facilities were fair.
- excellent location at three blocks of kufusterdamm and 100mts of the subway. - big nice and clean bedroom with a giant bathroom. - free flight boarding pass printing. - really cheap for an excellent three stars hotel.
Fantastic price for a central hotel. Clean, tidy, attentive staff. I was attending a conference in a nearby international hotel and their rooms were nearly three times the price I paid here.
This is an old building, so the lift stops on a landing between the floors, so you'll have to deal with a few steps.
Close to the centre & U-Bahn station Friendly staff Not expensive Free Wi-Fi
For the free Wi-Fi you need to get a user & password from the reception every day. The user/pass expires after 24h.
Ratio between quality and price was very good. The ensuite bathroom in my single room was either brand new or so clean that it looked brand new!
Carpet floor: it is not clear to me why hotels should have carpet floors, this is the less hygienic type of floor I can imagine. If that's to prevent noise it doesn't work, my bed would anyway tremble at each footstep onto the corridor out of my room...
*Good location - close to U-bahn and shopping street. *Roomy and heigh ceiling *Clean *Good wifi *Friendly and helpful staff *Luggage can be left there after checkout *Safe box
*Rug near the bathroom was wet from last visitors and I accidentally stepped on it several times :( It looked also a bit dirty. But it was not a big deal.
I love Malten brown shampoo and body lotion! I think it's a super value foe the price. I would love to stay again!
Good location, nice breakfast
Reception staff not very friendly, poor WiFi
Excellent location, next to the subway and close to the zoo area. We took a standard double room, although the room was small and a bit cramped, it's enough to put your head at the end of the day, and the room was clean. Nice and helping staff, always with a smile, great wi-fi connection. In my opinion, good-value for money.
We took a standard double room, the room was small and a bit cramped.
Staff were excellent, good location.
Near Kudamm, good neighborhood Clean facilities Card keys
You had to go down a step to enter the corridor so the room felt like it was in a basement although it wasn't.
-excellent staffs, especially Maribel who works for the afternoon shift, very accommodating and efficient. -good location, U bans around the hotel, many restaurants. 10 mins walk from kur'damm. And hop on and hop off buses. -love that it provides molton brown for guests. Really soothing and luxury amenities. -good cleaning and neat room, ok size, good size bathroom. Able to open windows.
-it's located in a quiet neighborhood, but quite noisy early morning around 5-7am, workers from somewhere near talking and loading up tools to cars. Disrupt sleep every night. Window curtains are so small and thin cannot shade off sun and light from coming in in the morning. Got woken up early. -beds were kind of too "soft", spinal cord and back feel sore. In all, I still recommend this hotel for people with tight budget for good location and clean hotel.
Clean, comfortable, well run hotel that represents great value
Location is reasonable, you get what you pay for
Breakfast & the coffee was really good.
Due to renovation problems we were transferred to Mondrian-Suites Checkpoint Charly by Metropolitan. WiFi connection at the Mondrian was 98% down, no or Very poor signal, even in reception area.
Absence of fridge in the room
+localization +metro station near hotel +very nice personel +we could leave luggage for all day after check-out +close to shops, restaurants +great, big bed
-have to sign in for wi-fi every time -small bathroom
Kind personnel, good location (quiet place not far from the centre of the city, comfortable rooms and good breakfest (omelet is awesome!)
Everithing's great! (:
The room was very small on the ground floor. Was smelling of old paint. The decor outdated. Staff was not very helpful. I asked to leave my luggage for several hours. Receptionist said it will be taken to a back door room. I left the luggage in section close to the reception (though separated by a wall), only to come back 5h later and find it still there. I've stayed in many hotels in Berlin, this one was by far the worse!
Staff service Conditions
Parking should be free!
The bathroom was quite spacious with a window; there was nice liquid soap and two kinds of bath&shower gel. Breakfast were very good - buffet of great choice...
The hotel reminded me of a maze :) There were many flies in a bistro where the breakfast were served.
Location. Clean hotel.
Standard double room is small if you plan to stay long.
Good location for the price
No airconditioner and the elevator was broken. The rooms are execesevly warm
