very cosy and excellent value for money the 'double sofa bed' was appalling and is nothing more than sofa cushions put on the floor. It was very uncomfortable and should not be classed as a bed.

The apartment had 2 rooms and plenty of space. Full kitchen facilities. Plenty of restaurants close by. Finding the apartment wasn't easy. The apartment is amongst other privately owned apartments but we were lucky that one of the residences recognised the name of the person who owned the apartment and took us to it. Maybe clearer instruction on how to find it would be good.

Functional no luxury; equipped kitchen for self catering; bakery in house, supermarket across the street; U-Bahn junction, best falafel in town in 3 minutes walk. It was useful to contact the housekeeper by email in advance telling him the approximate time of arrival. Be prepared to pay in cash upon arrival. Some traffic noise from the street; facade under scaffolding (also next few weeks).

The apartment is close to halte bus and U bahn. The apartment is clean. There is 1 bedroom with sofa and TV. And other small room with small bed. A kitchen is available - ready to use. Perfect. First time we arrived, I have to called the owner and waiting for 30 minutes. If you want to stay in this apartment, you have to call the owner in advance so that you do not need to wait.

Ubicación ideal para bus y metro Precio excelente Con ascensor Delante hay un supermercado que abre hasta las 12 No hay letrero en la puerta de la finca y el dueño no nos comunicó el numero de puerta al que llamar.

ordentliches, preiswertes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Das Appartement ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig was die Lautstärke angeht, dafür st die Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend.

Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, beinhaltet alle Geräte, die man braucht. Beim Fernsehen kann man gemütlich sitzen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster schläft man gut an dieser verkehrsreichen Kreuzung . Bus und U-Bahn sind in der Nähe. Der Bäcker befindet sich im Haus und zum Supermarkt geht man nur über die Straße. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unproblematisch; Kontaktaufnahme über Handy.

Vastasi odotuksia oikein hyvin. Nojatuolit ja sohva liian matalia, jos haluaa työskennellä pöydän ääressä esim. tietokoneella. Keittiön tuolit ja pöytä sopivia, mutta tilaa vähän ja pöytä yleensä muussa käytössä.

とりあえず必要なものは全て揃っており、メーリンダムの駅からも徒歩圏内で十分すぎるくらい快適でオススメ- できます。 スーパーも徒歩１分圏内に2軒もある。 事前に相談しなかったからかもしれないが、カギはひとつしかもらえなかったので、アパートメントのゲート、- 部屋と二ヶ所でカギが必要な状況では同伴者と- 別行動しにくい。 また、部屋のドアのカギの開け方が非常に難しい。 ドアノブを引いた状態でカギを左に回し、かちっと言ったら押す！ ドイツ語しかできないご近所さんに一緒に実演しながら教えてもらって助かったが、教えてもらえなければ開け- られない。

la situation dans la ville, le confort de l'appartement (deux pièces plus cuisine et sdb), la propreté, le rapport qualité prix. on entend les bruits de la ville la nuit car l'immeuble est en bordure de rue passante (voitures). Mais on s'habitue dès la seconde nuit.

Zentrums nähe, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Sehr laut im Appartment von der Straße aus, man denkt man steht mitten im Verkehr. Das Appartment ist an manchen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig, daher wirkt es etwas dreckig.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Herr der nett. In dem Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir fanden die zwei Tage super und kommen gern wieder!
