Al entrar despista un poco porque la recepcion queda en el 5to piso.. Pero el hotel esta muy muy bien, de hecho muy bien situado. |

La entrada despista un poco ya que la recepción está en el 5º piso y se accede al hotel por un portal corriente. sorprende si buscas una entrada de hotel al uso. |

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. La habitación era espaciosa y un baño muy grande. Pasamos 3 noches y no nos cambiaron las toallas ni añadieron en el baño mas jabón. |

me resultaba comodo para desplazarme por la ciudad dada su cercania a la estacion central y yo siempre viajo en tren por lo que siempre busco hoteles cercanos a las mismas el primer dia la calefaccion no funcionaba y tardaron dos dias en arreglarla el desayuno no valia la pena pues se encuentran sitios mas economicos y mejores relativamente cerca |

la ubicación.. muy cerca de la estación de tren es difícil conseguir el hotel ya que está en el 5to piso de un edificio y lo que tiene es un mini aviso abajo. El día que llegamos estuvimos más de 20 minutos tocando el intercomunicador y nadie contestaba, tuvimos que llamar desde una cabina telefónica para avisar que nos abrieran abajo.... |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la situación del hotel ya que está en pleno centro. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias y el personal es bastante agradable. La relación calidad precio es excelente. |

The staff are very nice, the room is clean with basic stuff suitable for a short weekend break. The location is good, rather conveniently close to the main train station. It was a bit noisy from the street, but we were so tired, so in the end it didn't matter much. The breakfast (7.5 euros) was not really worthy. |

The sentral location. It was very, very hot in the room (room nu. 504) , and no aircondition (we knew about that when we made our reservation) and therefor not easy to fall asleep at night. The third night I was lucky to borrow a fan from the staff. This helped a bit. |

Good value/price, large room, comfy bed, clean modern bathroom with powerful shower, location close to public transport and mitte district. Reception on night shift not very helpful (during day shift fine). Noise coming from cleaners in the morning, vacuuming, television through walls and doors slamming. No hot water in the morning on our last day. |

Room was clean and contained everything I needed. There is also a soft drink machine near elevator however quite expensive. Cleaning women did not knock on the door but immediately tried to unlock the room. |

how close it was to everything. The staff was extremely rude. I am a german citizen but prefer speaking english and they would only answer questions they wanted to and others they would pretend they didnt know what you were saying. When I ran out of toilette paper they acted annoyed and I had to fight for a roll. The women at the front were incredibly rude and if this was only experiece of germany I wouldnt go back. |

It was very close to the Main Station and the city center. The rooms were very large and alot nicer than what you would expect for the price. That staff were not unfreindly but they were not exactly customer service oreinted. If you had an issue they were heplful but you really had to initiate any discussion. I speak German so I can not critic their english language skills. |
