Lots of restaurant choices at the hotel. Too far away from the city center. The U-Bahn allows access to the city, but takes a while. Hotel charges for lots of item you would expect to come with the room or at least not be as expensive. |

No amenities in room only soap dispenser, but for a 4 star hotel this should not be the case,customer always appreciate amenities like soap bars shampoo etc.. even they take amenities as souvenirs, then on the site they say safe in room, I was given first a room without a safe. The atmosphere was very nice and location perfect, big variety of restaurants, was great honestly except for what we mentioned above, which was surprising due to the fact that the organised system and punctuality is one of the most admired things in the German attitude which was missed sometimes in my experience at this hotel. One more thing the water in the shower did not have enough pressure. |

I enjoyed all the accomodations of the hotel. The staff was outstanding in performing their duties. Everyone I encountered spoke english and was helpful when I needed help. I am in the US military and I will pass the word how great your Hotel is. I just wish I had more time to stay longer. Thank you. |

Wir waren nur zu einem Musicalbesuch mit Übernachtung und haben weitere Möglichkeiten nicht genutzt. Die Kombination Hotel - Theater Die Bedienung in der Weinstube war sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvor-kommend. Leider dauerte es sehr lange bis das Essen kam, dann war alles nur lauwarm. Wir haben reklamiert und danach erhielten wir alles frisch, leider aber wieder nur lauwarm. Küche-Service fehlt Koordination. |

Großes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zu vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (2 Musical Theater, ein Kino, die "Schwben-Quellen", etc.. Das Frühstück ist deutlich zu teuer. Die Restaurants und Bars sind ganz auf den Musical Betrieb abgestimmt, d.h. zwischen den Vorstellungen ist nichts geboten. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist zu teuer für die gebotene Qualität. |

Er was geen parkeergarage,alle winkels waren dicht,om s'avonds iets te willen eten werden we naar de tankstation gestuurd.Kortom het heb zeer slechte ervaring met dit hotel en ben erg benieuwd wat jullie met deze klachten doen. |

Die relativ große Auswahl an Einrichtungen bzw. Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbarer Umgebung: Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Kino usw. äRgerlich dass es trotz der O.G. vielen Einrichtungen, zwischen 10:30 und 12:00 Uhr keine Möglichkeit zu einem Imbiss/Cafe gibt (einzige Lösung: Tankstelle nebenan!) |

sehr schönes Ambiente mit viel Flair, Internationales Publikum, gehobene Klasse. bietet viel Unterhaltung und Abwechslung in der Nähe. Wunderschönes mediteranes und schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet Empfangspersonal inkompetent und ungenügend geschult. Kein Hinweis, wo unser Zimmer liegt. Nach knapp halbstündigem Irrlauf durch den riesigen Hotelkomplex rief ich mit dem Handy die Rezeption an. Dort teilte man mir, dass wir im falschen Gebäudeteil seien. Auch die Parkplatztiefgarage ist ziemlich schlecht erreichbar, man muss durch den halben Stadtteil fahren, obwohl die TG nur gegenüber des Hotelkomplexes liegt. Der Weg von der TG zum Hotel (ober - oder unterirdisch ist ziemlich schlecht ausgeschildert und verwirrend). Wellnessbereich gehört nicht zum Hotel, man muss gesondert Eintritt bezahlen (20% Rabatt als Hotelgast). Dies wurde nirgends zuvor angegeben. Fernsehgerät im Zimmer klein und veraltet. WLAN-Zugang sehr teuer. |

Die Nähe zu den Musicals ist toll, sehr schöne Restaurants im Haus, gute S-Bahn-Anbindung, Die Zimmer müssten renoviert werden, sie sind sehr abgewohnt |

,Bad ,forhang über badewanne, mobel ist langsam zu alt, hotel espricht nicht 4 sterne breakfest für 19,50 euro pro person ist übertrieben .das ist ganz normale früstuck. 30 euro für internet pro tag |

Leggendo le recensioni pensavo che il centro benessere fosse incluso nella tariffa dell'hotel invece non lo era affatto, anzi, l'entrata alla spa e' molto costosa, Euro 19.90 per sole 2 ore!!! |
