I'm stayed at hotel Minerva 28-29 of April 2013. Very good impression of the hotel. Clearn room, not noisy.Everything works.There is no cause for complaint. Staff works wery well. Very friendly, polite and help you to solve your tasks. Very suddenly for me and very convenient that many of them speak in Russian. Germany, English, Russian - what alse is needed? This is a big plus. The hotel close to the train station.Quite easily the most come from airport or leave for the airport (3 stops). Near tram stop. There is no need to move around the city by taxi. I liked it. Igor Ilin. Irkutsk. Russia. I have not found a reason.

Very clean and well positioned hotel just one min from central station and Ryanair Hahn airport bus stop. Good breakfast. Important: very big rooms!!! Quality/price ratio is excellent. Suggest to visit for your Frankfurt journey. Wi fi is free but you have to ask the new password everyday. Noisy if you open windows.

Excellent location: Next to the Central Train Station of Frankfurt, near the best shooping stores and restaurants of Frankfurt. Very good staff. I would stay there again!

Position okay, Right in front of railway station. About 15 mins on foot from centre. An okay hotel for the price. I would use it again, but as already mentioned, nothing special, considering its category, 4 stars I think!. Rooms quite cold. Only given one quilt per bed. Had to ask for extra covers. Not given a very warm welcome on arrival. Morning after, had a different receptionist. Much nicer. On checking out, We used bathroom in reception : 1 euro each!! And full of water on ground!

This is an older hotel. Wifi is absolutely great, good speeds and coverage. Parking is great with no awful ramps to navigate (there is a car lift). Staff are friendly, location is good close to the main train station and one stop away on the tram from the centre of the city (or a 10 minute walk). The hotel including the rooms are a little dated, but clean enough and comfortable enough, good for the price really.

The Minerva is very good value for money. It is very conveniently located near the main railway station. It is not luxury, but it is very well furnished and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff are very helpful particularly in relation to my special request to store a case for a couple of months.

Basic room but totally OK for the purpose, staying a few days in the City without a car. Free internet, quick walk to central railway station. No complaints. Some of the staff do not speak much English but that didn't cause any problems.
