Friendly English speaking staff. Extremely helpful. Full breakfast included in the price of the room. Large double room with sink facility was comfortable and well appointed. Set in quiet surrounding overlooking a park to the rear. Alarm clock broken. Safe batteries defective. Perhaps better equipment maintenance is required.

Good location, shops and restaurants close by. City centre wasn't too far away by foot 15 -20 mins. Staff were helpful. Had expected more for 4 star hotel - bit disappointed with decor, no bar, not much in the line of toiletries in bathroom etc Clean room but bins weren't emptied during our stay.

Very nice hotel in a great location with some bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep but also very accessible for the Altstadt and city centre shopping as the u Bahn is just round the corner. The staff couldn't have been more polite or helpful - they were excellent. We got a great deal at a weekend and would definitely stay again. The pictures on the website do not do the rooms justice as they are much brighter and cleaner than the photos suggest. The only criticism is that the air conditioning didn't seem to make much difference and as the weather was hot the room was very warm during the night.

We had a family room with two bed rooms with doors you can close which was perfect. The breakfast was more than good..lots of different things and a very serviceminded lady working there. When checking out we could keep the room another two hours. Nice surroundings with many bars and restaurants without tourist prices. 20 min walk to old town and a taxi was about 8 euro. As we were here for Eurovision we slept until mid-day and then we didnt get any cleaning..seemed like the staff went home about 1 pm. And the price was approx 300 euro a night because of Eurovision. We had to pay 2 months in advance.

The staff were very helpful. Including starting Breakfast 30 mins earlier on Sunday for all of us that were running in the Marathon that day You have to pay for Internet Access (Eur5/day). Problem is that they get the access user/password coupons from someone else and these ran out on Sunday so there was no way to get another day's access. However the staff gave us half a dozen 1hr access coupons instead which worked out ok

very comfortable and good location hotel (about 15 min to downtown) we asked about 1 big bed in our room so we slept in 2 rooms numer with 2 diffrent type of beds. hotel is very quite. there was free hot wine on reception. we like it! breakfast and parking is very expensive

Very good location in the nice and green area of Dusseldorf. Very close cental park. Exelent connection to the Centrum and to the Messe Land. Fresh and tasty meals for different choices with very good service in buffet.

De ontvangst bij de receptie en de voorbeeldige service en sfeer bij het ontbijt. De ligging op loopafstand (ca. 20 min.) t.o.v. het winkelcentrum en de Kerstmarkten. De parkeergelegenheid in de Q-park garage naast het hotel.
