Очень уютно, отзывчивый персонал, все понравилось. Нет лифта, но чемодан предложили донести до номера. Хотя отель не очень новый. Огромная стоянка. От аэропорта минут 20 ехать. Very comfortable, a good staff, all enjoyed.

Nach dem 1. geschäftlichen Aufenthalt, habe ich beim 2. mal mit meiner Freundin im Hotel verbracht.Zimmer und Service professionel herzlich geführt.Wifi kostenfrei und easy zu bedienen anliegender See zum Joggen. Das Haus liegt ziemlich Zentral und doch ruhig, Düsseldorf und Duisburg schnell zu erreichen. Frühstück wurden Sonderwünsche sofort erfüllt. Komme gerne wieder. Etwas mehr Beschilderung zum Hotel hin ,wäre nicht schlecht.

Vooral de algemene sfeer en het heel attente personeel Bij de wellnessfaciliteiten vonden wij beiden de organisatie van de behandelingen en vooral de massages zelf ondermaats. Ook daar was het personeel wel vriendelijk.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage außerhalb Duisburgs; große und gut ausgestattete Zimmer; reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet; sehr sauber und ansprechend. Eigentlich alles prima - nur hätte ich mir zum Frühstück statt gekochter Eier auch Rührei mit Frühstücksspeck gewünscht.

Alles sehr ordentlich, freundlich und hübsch im Grünen gelegen. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel hat leider keinen Aufzug. Dafür helfen aber die Mitarbeiter gerne das Gepäck hoch zu tragen.

freundliches Personal, schöne Gartenanlage Das Essen im Restaurant sagte uns nicht zu. Die Champignons zu Schweinelendchen und Filetteller kamen aus der Dose. Das Fleisch war sehr durch gebraten. Die Schweinelendchen schwammen in einer dicken Soße

Mein Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. :) Während meines kurzen Trips habe ich ein sehr freundliches und zuvor kommendes Personal kennengelernt. Die Küche des Restaurants ist ansprechend und zum Frühstück wurden auch unsere Extrawünsche (wie frisches Rührei und eine Portion Spiegelei) erfüllt. Zudem konnte ich mich endlich mal über eine sehr einfache Bedienung des WiFi`s freuen. Hinter dem Hotel liegt in ein schöner See, um dem man spazieren gehen kann. Aufenthalt war zu kurz, dass Wetter war leider ein wenig zu kalt :)

Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Frühstück von 06:15 -10:30, Direkter Zugang zum See Durchgangsverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe, keine ruhige Lage.Grundstückspflege erfolgt zu früh, ab 07:30 Einsatz des Rasenmähers und Klär-Fahrzeug. Frühstücksbüffet für ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen.

The place is extaordinary - in the arms of nature. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Personel is friendly and provides real geraman quality service. People works not like hammers, but like humans.

Nettes Personal, idyllisches Umfeld. Das Frühstück wirkte lieblos. Bis auf Wurst und Käse waren alle Lebensmittel abgepackt. Hier hatte ich für den Preis mehr erwartet.
