Good location. The hotel was just a skip and a hop away from a metro station as well as a central tourist location for finer dining, shopping, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean although a bit too close to one another. The man at reception was rude. We asked him a simple question regarding his internet services and he took the opportunity to reply condescendingly. Breakfast was also lacking; we skipped it every morning to get some better options elsewhere. And as a lot of other reviewers have been saying, the rooms were indeed small. There wasn't much room to move around and our bags were constantly in the way since we had no other choice but to leave them on the floor, leaving us with even less room to maneuver in this already tiny room. Lastly, the shower: please, please, please be extra cautious when exiting the shower. It's slightly elevated above the bathroom floor, and getting out of the tiny shower can be extremely dangerous. I nearly slipped my first time, and I had to be extra cautious every time after that. If you stay there you'll see what I mean. Just please be extra careful.

The bed was comfortable.Nice entrance Nice entrance, but on going up the very creaky stairs to the 'reception' it became more and more claustriphobic and depressing. Miserable receptionist and it felt the hotel belonged to the 1950s. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and smelled of age and fungus. I could not walk round the bed without difficulty. The bathroom was clean but tiny. The television belonged in a museum. The air conditioning just moved the air about and introduced a smell of damp to the room . There were elements you would find in a good hotel like a safe and if the room had been twice the size then it may have been acceptable but it felt like a prison cell. The breakfast room was two tiny rooms and you could not move without rubbing shoulders with another guest. The breakfast looked pretty but difficult to get at. I could eat very little except boiled eggs. The bread was stale and jam unidentifieble.. All in all It was a very depressing end to my holiday.

Excellent location, just 5mins near the U-Bahn, or you could walk 15-20mins to Marienplatz..Many nice cafes and bars along Schellingstr. and Türkenstr. Room is clean and cosy for solo. Good breakfast spread and friendly staff! Will come back again! Bathroom is the smallest space I've seen..but still clean and essential. Price over public holidays is a little too expensive for a single room. Price inclusive breakfast, though you can easily grab breakfast nearby.

Clean rooms; very good breakfast; very good position (close to city centre and subway); very quiet; free wi-fi. The wi-fi sometimes was not working well; the furniture is a bit old-stilish.

A traditional family-run hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are renovated with very modern baths. The windows are triple-glazed, so there is no street noise. Breakfast was included. Great location, just a block from the U-Bahn. The wifi is a one-time 24-hour connection, which ran out before I even used it.

Location was excellent. Within a short stroll to the English Gardens, 2 mins to the U-Bahn stop, 10 mins walk to the City Center. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Extremely safe environment to stroll about and enjoy the night-life. Lots of museums nearby. Overall excellent location and very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay and will be back again. Missed not having some drinks up in the room but as there were so many shops around was not a big issue.

Although small, the single rooms are nicely furnished with everything needed. Newly renovated bathrooms, sound-proof windows, air conditioning, free internet, well-assorted breakfast. Good accomodation for a business or city trip.

The hotel was located in a nice neighbourhood close to the the lmu (the university). Lots of small shops, restaurants and beerstuben in the surounding streets. Good public transportation nearby. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of bread, meat, cheese, yougerts, jam, juices etc, something for every taste.

Location is close to centre, 15minutes walking from Marienplatz and U-bahn 5minutes.With 33ºC external temperatures the air-conditioning was a bonus. Breakfast excellent. Bedrooms v.small, and only shower (no bath) but being summer we spent most time outside.

Great location. Very clean, very good breakfast. The room small but functional. It had a strange floorplan, the sink in the room and the toilet and the shower together en suite. It turned out to be convenient, both could be used at the same time. The garage is across the street, small space. If you have a big car you will have trouble to park, but is possible.

The staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Their English was perfect, and they helped tourists who wanted to use German. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever been in. Tiny tiny tiny. Plus- sized travelers should be mindful.

Quiet and sophisticated enviroment near the University. Many Bavarian-style places to have dinner nearby. The Hotel has "Charm of the old times". Very friendly and efficient staff. To U-Bahn stop 5 min. walking. Clean and tidy. Rooms and the elevator very (!) small, like ship`s cabins. No ventilation system, only way to get fresh air is to open the window.

Very friendly staff and the room was extremely quiet, even though it was situated at the front of the hotel. Excellent isolation. Nice lively neighborhood (University!), lots of places to eat/drink, and only 2 mins walk from U-Bahn station Internet connection was a bit flakey, and there are no light blocking curtains

все нормально-рекомендую. a good hotel with a small, cozy rooms and good breakfast.
