The room was pretty big and also very clean. Tv was lcd not crt that's a good fact. Internet service. In the last night my internet account was disabled. Planes are passing over very often. |

Good Location and very friendly staff. While showering the water would stop running but they were had full occupancy. More english tv channels. |

The hotel is positioned close to the Cologne ring road but is positioned between two tram stops that provide easy access to the city centre. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was varied and tasty. Some people may find walking to/from the tram stops late at night a little disconcerting, however the hotel is located in a suburban area and we did not experience any problems. |

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep. Great breakfast. All in all, a good place to stay while visiting Koln and the area. Very good price in regards to quality. |

Perfect hotel for money you pay. The staff is very nice and helpgul, everybody spoke perfecr English. It was free parking on site. The breakfast was really good for 3 star hotel. The room was really big and clean |

nice staff; interesting decoration; good breakfast the hotel is pretty far away form public transportation (at least a mile); you have to walk along a lonely road; it may only be reached comfortably by taxi or car (however there is parking space around); there is some noise from a nearby highway and the landing airplanes; advisable for a one-night business stay |

Goed familiehotel, zeker aan te bevelen. Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Goede verbinding met de tram naar het centrum in +/- 12 minuten. Gemakkelijk parkeren aan het tramstation Kalker Friedhof. |

We werden er warm ontvangen en voelden ons echt welkom. Het personeel is alert, attent en erg vriendelijk. De kamer en badkamer zijn ruim en net. Het ontbijt heeft ons aangenaam verrast door de keuzemogelijkheden. Kortom, wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in het hotel ! |

Das Personal war äußerst hilfreich und freundlich, die Minibarpreise mehr als moderat. Mein Zimmer war ausgesprochen groß, allerdings lag es im Souterrain und war daher ziemlich dunkel. Es gibt im Hotel nur Frühstück, aber die Mitarbeiter bestellen jederzeit bei einem Pizza- oder Asiaservice Essen, das gebracht wird, gut und günstig ist, und das Hotel stellt Besteck und Teller zur Verfügung. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei allen Kölner Hotels während Messezeiten (insb. Anuga) überhaupt nicht mehr. 250€ für ein durchschnittliches Hotel Garni, gut 25 min mit dem Taxi vom Zentrum bzw. Der Messe entfernt, ist ärgerlich. Ich kann nur allen empfehlen, was viele meiner Kontakte schon tun und ich nächstes Jahr ebenfalls: nach Düsseldorf ausweichen. Hotels kosten dort einen bruchteil, mit dem ic ist man ebenfalls in 20min an der Messe. |

L'hôtel Servatius est un très bon hôtel, le personnel est courtois et serviable, les chambres sont confortables malheureusement la télé ne possède pas de chaîne française. Il y a un minibar également dans la chambre avec des prix raisonnable, la salle de bain est propre, et nettoyée entre 2 nuits comme les serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est lui européen, on y trouve de tout : des œufs, de la charcuterie, du fromage, de la confiture, pain, croissant, céréales et jus de fruit. Le thé et le café est servi à volonté par le serveur. Pour conclure cette hôtel ne m'a pas déçu je le recommande. Il est seulement à 8km du centre ville de Cologne. L'accès wifi est gratuit contrairement à d'autres hôtel et dans la chambre svp! |

guter Service, erstklassiges Frühstück auch bis halb elf, kostenloses WLAN, neugestaltete Lobby (dunkelrot, dunkles Holz), separater, großer Parkplatz mit Schranke Das Design der Lobby wird leider nicht durchgehalten, d.h. der Frühstücksraum und auch die Zimmer sehen anders aus. Passt eigentlich nicht zusammen. Außerdem liegt es in der Einflugschneiße des Flughafens, es gab Baulärm von der Straße. Etwas störend war das ständig wechselnde Rezeptions- und Frühstücksraumpersonal. |
