Hotel location is very closed to HBF, "U", & "S", staffs were very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good every morning. The pillow was big and thin that not suited to me. |

Easy location to the station. Friendly English speaking staff. Accomodated a late night arrival on a return booking at end of the holiday. Clean rooms. Excellant breakfast. Our 2nd room was twin bedded and had a less spacious bathroom with shower curtain. The double room was more spacious. |

Easy to reach city centre by foot, excellent breakfast, very clean room The area is very noisy, even with the windows closed you could still hear the noise, even by night. |

Staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable. I agree that the neighbourhood looks a bit rundown with strip clubs &c., but it was safe to walk at night & very close to the train station & about a 15-20 minute walk to the Marienplatz. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious & breakfast room staff were pleasant. TV needed upgrading, but it was not an issue as we were out sightseeing most of the time. |

The location was excellent near to the main railway station. The room was extremely small for two persons, it was almost impossible to open suitcases. In addition, the room was quite warm, without sufficient air conditioning. |

The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from downtown, No aircon in rooms. Not bad quality breakfast but in cramped room (think the breakfast area was being refurbished). Staff not that friendly, particularly in breakfast area (one lady, small with dark hair the exception). Slow to replenish the food and then it was cold. |

A clean comfortable room for spending 3 nights; the days were spent sightseeing. Very good buffet breakfast included. Secure parking possible (extra). Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would stay again. Not the best area (most hotels are around here though) but it wasn't a problem after the initial dissapointment. If you open the windows (no A/C) there will be noticeable street noise 24/7. |

has the most friendliest staff, and everything was very good taken care of. You could see that it was a family who was runing the hotel. Really a nice place. It was in the town centre, so the room was a little noisy at the night time. |

Front desk was courteous and breakfast was wonderful. Very close to train station and buses. Room was a bit small but workable. However it was hot while there and room had no a/c so window had to be open and street noise all night made sleeping very difficult. Having a ceiling fan or even a wall mounted fan would have enabled us to keep window shut. |
