The breakfast was excellent; the front desk service was superb. Good rate on parking. bathroom was small - aren't they all in Europe? Not a convenient location for what we wanted to do. |

The breakfast included with the room rate was excellent. Unfortunately the lifts were out of action for a couple of days of my stay which caused some inconvenience being on the 5th floor. |

The breakfast room was bueatiful and the breakfast was excellant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. They were the best of the four hotels during our vacation in Europe. We booked a triple room and upon arrival provided us with 2 doubles at the same cost of a triple giving us more room and privacy. The location was noisy, street noise, at night. At first we were concerned about the location but really was not an issue. |

The staff was helpful and flexible. We got room at street-side first and they changed it smoothly to a really quiet and calm room on the garden side without any problems. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Situation is good near the main railway station. |

Clean rooms, located next to the main station (4min by foot), 15min to citycenter (by foot). quite good Breakfast included. (saubere Räume, 4 min zufuß zum Hauptbahnhof, 15min zum Marienplatz). No minibar, no climatisation. Very loud street in front of the hotel. (Keine Klimaanlage, keine Minibar, z.T. ab 5 Uhr sehr laut in der Straße vor dem Hotel). |

All the employees of the hotel were very helpful, efficient and kind. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean. All the facilities are rather old for a 3 star hotel, it seems more like an old motel on the route. Lots of stairs and steps when you have to have to carry your own luggage ( one stair to get the lift!!!) Room was too small. The hotel location wasn't bad if you see it on the map (a distance walk from the center), but blocks around hotel were not very pleasant, specially at night. |

Very good hotel for the money. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Hotel is a small family owned establishment very close to the main RR station. Easy access and very good breakfast. Great place for people on a budget, travelling alone or as a couple. |
