It is close to many places, and its price is very good. The rooms are ok, but not much should be expected for its price. The people are very helpful and their attention is very good. They really do their best to help you with whatever problem or question you have. Rooms are not very comfortable and they are quite spartan. During my stay there was a big group of teenagers who made my first night there misserable and the people responsible for the group was not able to manage them. Besides from this experience it is quite peaceful during the night. |

The staff was very kind, youthful, helpful and very professional all the way throughout the stay. The big windows couldn't be closed, waking up with the sun in the face early in the morning was not comfortable. |

It's pricely very convenient. It's extremely rumorous and full of German, drunked teens who are partying in the corridor during the whole night. |

For what we paid it was really really good value. Very basic but good if you are doing it on a budget. I wouldn't stay again because I don't want to do another holiday on a budget! And I'm not a backpacker or a student! The breakfasts were good considering how little we paid for the room. Other guests way too noisy (I didn't get any sleep on our first night) - they were shouting and screaming in the corridors and nothing was done about it. As there are no phones in the rooms we couldn't call down to reception to report it. This sort of behaviour should be policed. Also the mattresses were dirty. The location isn't great either, but it isn't a long walk into town. There just isn't anything to do in the local area (no decent pubs or restaurants, or even shops - there's a good club nearby but that isn't to everyone's taste...) |

Clean rooms, friendly staff --> I slept on the 8th floor and Berlin is cold! The blanket/heating was hardly warm enough. But I did not ask for an extra blanket which I could have I guess.. (--> to massive/big, but hey, its a hostel) |

situated pretty close to the city centre (15 minute walk to Alexanderplatz), in a seemingly abandoned area though; the whole city centre in walking distance, if you don't mind walking; night club Tresor in 2 minute walk, also club Sage, but it was closed, so not sure if it works. Rooms are very small, but clean and everything necessary is present. In my opinion, good place if you use your hotel room only to sleep and take a shower. The stuff is very nice, but we don't have many requirements and didn't have any problems, so there was no chance to test them ) extremely small room (twin+shower&toilet), but we were not really looking for special comfort; price and location were more important, so we were not dissappointed |

I loved that it was clean and efficient, also the private facilitied were much more sufficient than what i had expected. A lot of (too) young people working in the reception (you would ask me why this presents a problem and i would answer that during one night i suffered from food poisoning and needed to be hospitalised and the reception could not even inform me about the nearest hospital let alone how i would be paying for medical care in that foreign country)/ Also matresses are too soft so sleeping could be troublesome and back aches are almost a sure thing. |

Very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and most spoke English very well. The fact that there was a little bar / snack shop was nice too, especially since it was open til 1 am. The extra attention to security was nice, as was the optional 2 pm check out. Overall, way more than I expected for the price, I plan on staying again. The neighborhood looked kinda rough, even though it is only two miles from the city center, and I almost cancelled my reservation. After speaking with the staff and hanging out awhile, I changed my mind. If you're sensitive about the way a place looks on the outside, this may not be a wise pick. |

how early breakfast was, perfect for me as i was there on business and needed an early start. other guests were slightly too noisy at night, especially those staying in the dorm rooms. more should be done to deter guests from being noisy late at night. |

Very friendly staff, central location with only 10 minutes to the next underground station, very clean with friendly interior and all corridors well lit, excellent breakfast with friendly and helpful kitchen staff and kids breakfast for free The magnetic cards were very worn so it took quite a while to get the elevator to work or to open the door |

Clean. Breakfast is good. the toilet room is very very tiny - not compatiable to its room rate. Too expensive as a backpacker-look hotel. The electronic room card was not user-friendly when we used the lifts. |

The staff were very helpful and the bar area was also very good. We had a twin room ensuite and both of our bottom bed sheets had holes in them. The food was good but would loved to have some toast in the morning, but that isn't a complaint because I would stay there again. |
