Connection to ubahn and facilities
The new part of the building is under construction
very close to alexanderplatz it was very warm inside (outside there was minus 2 degrees) breakfast was ok, something for all of us
too crowded not having the parking, even though the parking was supposed to be there, so in the night we had to leave our car 25 minutes from the hostel and take a taxi, as with all the luggage and 5 year old it would be hard walking for 25 minutes in the very cold night.
It was a clean small room, Good bed, good service, good heating, elevator, good when you are not stay to long in hotel.
Very very smal bathroom with toilet. missed good line wifi
the separated bed for a couple its not confortable at all.
Location is quite good, facilities were okay. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Cheap enough.
Absence of any cleaning service, very loud, extremely crowded reception with long waiting times, bed mattress was not very good.
Clean facilities, 24 hour bar/lobby serving food and drinks, location, wifi
The walls are thin so if you're staying near people who are loud or partying, it will wake you up and keep you up. Just depends on when you stay there.
Walkable to alexenderplatz, near to east side gallery good connections at nearby ostbahnhof, clean, warm rooms.
Very thin walls, was a bit noisy
Reception sells beer 24 h
Double beds are two single beds put together = Fail! Security came by night telling to be quiet when we were talking at the room
Spacios room. Great location - just 5 min from metrostation or 15 min from Alexander Platz. It is possible not to use transport and reach every main sightseeing in the center of the city.
It looked like the only thing the staff done through my 4 night stay was cleaning of trash bins. Nevertheless the room and bath were clean. Free Wi-Fi was very poor in the room. But it was two additional networks with suffix SPEED and PAY that possibly meant that they were not free. Anyway I didn't checked them out.
friendly personnel, despite high work load.
Long waiting to check in, due to few (only one) person at the desk.
The location is great in Mitte, many young people living there, god vibes; most importantly, the staff there are nice and polite, Ronny at the reception is really helpful ;)
Window near the street, a bit noisy at night if there were drunk people :)
The hotel is like the labyrinth.hard to find the room ,I asked the reception they gave me only direction I got lost 2,3 time in the end someone guided me, the hotel is full of young people noisy it's not suitable for family or married couple, also it's expensive for the quality they offer
Se sienten los resortes del colchon
I do not recommend it to other people, for the following objective reasons: 1. They say in the webpage that there is free wifi available in the common areas, but this is not true. 2. They say in the webpage that there is parking available in the building, but this is not true. 3. The elevator is very noisy, and we couldn't sleep. There is usually young people in the other rooms, and they were very noisy all the night. 4. The receptionist didn't give us any bill or receipt after paying. 5. The receptionist told us that the total prize of the booking was exactly 96 euros, and she emphasized the word "exactly". But it was not true, the total prize was 95.72 euros. 6. I wrote an email to the manager before booking, and Ms. J. Koch wrote me: "Sheets are 3,00 €/person and towels are 1,00 €/person. However, if you book a private room (single, twin, family) sheets and towels are already included in the total price." So I booked online. However, when we arrived, they charged us the sheets. I showed the receptionist the email, and firstly told me that I was right, but the person responsible for the reimbursement was not there at that moment and we should wait 5 minutes. We were waiting in the reception for 1 hour, and nobody appeared. The receptionist even tried to avoid talking to us, and changed to another place in the reception where other receptionists were already attending other people. After some sime, we asked other receptionist and he told us that the private room should be in the hotel and not in the hostel, and that we had booked 4 beds, and not a private room, even when there were only 4 beds in our room. This sounds to be an excuse to not to give back our money. We are still waiting for them to give us the 12 euros of the sheets.
There is to many young people , first day I couldn't sleep because there are drunk people shout and scream and they knocked at my rooms door
noisy, inconvenient covers
clean and quite close to the center reasonable
Good size family rooms. Nice and tidy rooms. Low budget hotel but with great value for the money. Good breakfast. Close to subway.
Very crowded at normal breakfast times.
The hotel was too expensive, it was a hostel with full of noisy highschool students. I am unable to understand why it costs 110 euro!!
Location is conevenient
It's a hostel in addition to being a hotel. Yje first night I was there was really noisy!
Not too far from the city central.
I reserved a room for a hotel, when I am arrived, just realized it is totally a hostel...
Nice room and ok bar.
The first night I stayed here it was packed with teenagers and I swear they were playing a soccer game above my room. I was awoken by construction at 7am on Saturday! The one food the bar serves is pizza and they were "out of it" when I was there. The location is less than par. One of the staff members unlocked my door and walked in my room.
we booked 2 beds in a 6 beds room, nobody esle moved in during our 2-day stay here, sharing such a big room is out of my expectation.
The beds and pillows are not so clean yet other things are good. WIFI in only possible in the lobby yet weak if don't purchase.
Very very noisy reception Staff very bad Difficult to get what was buy by booking (city tax included were requested!..) All the nights have to be payed at the entrance.
- paid 85 euros for a single room in the hostel/hotel - far too much - was really noisy during the night as different school classes stayed there
