Bed too small for two.
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Clean spacious room Modern clean bathroom with plenty of headroom! Good location
There was no safe in the room.
Location is perfect. Room is big and simple. I will stay this hotel for every my business trip.
Perfect location (on the main street between the central station and the city center, with a lot of restaurants and pubs around, but still very quiet), helpful staff, huge rooms (with new furniture and excellent mattresses), good breakfast, own indoor parking... The best hotel in which we stayed in our journey through Germany!
Everything was excellent, a few problems with internet connection, but we really enjoyed our stay.
Poor wi-fi quality.
Close to the centre. Big bathroom and room.
At the check-in the receptionist didn't tell us that the room is not ready yet but just gave us the key, when we entered we saw the room was not cleaned yet. Too close to train station (dodgy area). No a/c.
Tram is very noisy
The locatien is very excellent for it's so near to the train main station!and very near the mein river and most famous touristing scenes. And the staffs working there were also very polite and kindness.Simple breakfast but enough for coustoms even for children there are some toys.
hmm,,,let me think. The hotel is not so big as others.and room is just enough for 2 adults and 1 child which is 4-year old.But it doesn't matter.I prefer it if I will go to Frankfurt next time.
The room is spacious. Strong wifi signal. Clean.
Breakfast, large room, location
No reception service during night.
This hotel is fairly basic but it works perfectly for my purpose which was to spend one night to catch a next day's flight.
The location. Its very near to many places.
The neighbourhood was bad drug addicts nearby even though we had not any problems with them. No entrance of its own. The hotel is on 2nd and 3rd floor of a building. Its archtecture reminded us worker's dorms. Too expensive for what you get.
Location is very convenient Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful Room size is comfortable although the facility is very basic
Very close to the steet, a little bit noisy
big , moderne and clean room , close to all
- the entry of the hotel is not pretty . - no water in the bathroum to clain after pissing
close to station, quite, spacious room, large shower
only few choices at breakfast buffet
Nice and clean room. Ok breakfast ( must consider , you are in Germany).
Awful entrance , lobby and corridor area .
Near the railway station.
Because of the self service check in machine, they don't accept cash.
Location near to the train station. Although it is not the best neigbourhood, we had no problems there. Good breakfast. Good value for price paid
Location is great, Breakfast perfect and quite comfortable
Staff is scarse. During the night, checking should be done by machine on the street. Not easy to use
Big room, big and clean bathroom, wi-fi in the room, good breakfast, good location: very close to the main station.
The pungent smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor downstairs. Luckily it disappears once you reach the first floor.
It is a well functioning hotel to sleep in. No great luxury, no great views, but personnel is kind, rooms are clean, beds are good, also fine work table for sitting with your laptop, internet works fine, breakfast is absolutely adequete. So if you are "just" looking for a good place to sleep this hotel is recomendable. Very easy access to the central train station and U-bahn (300m).
The first morning there was unfortunately not hot water in my shower, but the following days there were no problems.
We had to change room in between 2 nights....despite of check-in staff knowing at the time of check-in that we will be staying for 2 night. Reason given to us on 2nd morning was: They have a guest who stays every time in our room whenever he comes - so we must move to another room! No lobby. Reception not on ground floor. Hotel co-sharing building with other offices and shops. Tiny signboard outside the building with hotel name. No phone in room. No phone at reception desk. Hotel wouldn't answer their number listed on reservation form - what to do if one has trouble finding the hotel or checking in late nights...? Fortunately we had German local SIM. Otherwise......? I wonder how such hotels manage to get 3 stars?
