City center, easy access messe

Room was not clean, no air-conditioning and if you open window there is too much noise with traffic and trams. More of a self service hotel and lacking personal touch

The location is very close to the train station and the historical center. Breakfast is also adequate for the price. The hotel is very clena and the double windows make it almost sound proof.

Internet wifi sometimes can not work properly.

Simplicity, Cleanliness and location

Friendly staff, clean room, free wi-fi everywhere in hotel (you need to ask for a login and password at receprtion), nice breakfast (muesli, sandwiches, fresh pastry, tea/coffee). There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but I got one at reception.

Maybe not the best location - it's close to a train station, which is good if you travel by train/bus, but by the evening it get's not too safe to walk around in this area.

location, very polite receptionist, some restaurants around, near the MESSE FAIR, many trains, 20m from the airport, 10m walking distance to Train Station, Malls, Squares, Old Buildings etc... I would return.

Matrace was too hard. Can't make the room completely dark during day times.

The staff was wonderfully helpful. The room was large but decor was lacking. Bathroom was in good working order and spotless. There is underground parking in the building. The included breakfast was very good. Free wifi was great.

Beds were hard foam although I seemed to sleep fine. The hotel is hard to find because it is all on the second floor with a small not well marked entrance. It is close to the train station which is a convenient location for getting around the city. Downside is that it is one block from the red light district so not a place you want to stroll around at night although we had no problems.

The location is good: 5 minutes on foot from the Hauptbanhof, about 10 minutes on foot from the museums across the Main. The room was very large, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom well-appointed. Lots of ethnic restaurants in the area. We were there on two warm September days and so slept with the windows open (no ac). As the windows opened onto the street where the tram line stopped, and revelers were active until the wee hours, we did not sleep much. However, the next morning, we were moved into a room whose windows opened onto the interior---MUCH quieter and a much better rest. The staff is very gracious and helpful. The breakfast is reasonably priced and excellent.
