Hotel Modena am Kurfürstendamm  

Located on a quiet street but close to civilization, near many cafes, restaurants. Friendly unobtrusive staff.

Poor soundproofing. Breakfast is targeted more for women, for men- a small selection. Located next to the expensive shops, but far away from major attractions, necessary to use transport.next to the hotel there is no mini-market, you can not buy water and the hotel does not bar

Location, you have direct bus line to the airport in 25 min. Prada ,Louis Vuitton , and other luxure shops arround you, also pretty restorants !!!

Rooms can be better, no tv in the room, but internet was good so you can watch online, also brecfast rooms is beautifull -but breakfast is poor...

Reception staff are very polite and friendly (who said the Germans never smile?) and the hotel is clean and centrally located in a quiet side street. The room was fine, and had a TV, a wardrobe and en suite bathroom, and was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was changed every day and the room thoroughly cleaned too. My room overlooked the courtyard, so I had no noise at all, despite being in the middle of a large city. This hotel is centrally located in a side street just off the main shopping street of Kufurstendamm, just a step away from the luxury goods stores like Prada, Gucci, Hugo Boss and Burberry. There are lots of buses going along the Kufurstendamm, including the number 109 which goes directly to the airport. Otherwise, the hotel is quite a walk (10-15 minutes) from the nearest S-Bahn or U-bahn public transport metros. Overall I'd say it's a good option to stay here, and good value for money.

The bed was too narrow, only a 90cm wide one for a single person. Even if sleeping alone, I prefer a wider bed, not one as narrow as this.

Location of the hotel is very good. Good connection to Tegel airport, and other part of Berlin. Vary nice part of town,clean, quiet and luxury. Small hotel, on the second floor of the building, more like a pension. Clean rooms, nice breakfast.Hotel is in old fashion style with ornaments. Good value for money.

One of two rooms had some strange smell.

Art nouveau tarzı çok şık bir binanın 2. katında otel/pansiyon. Otelin yerleşimi Berlin'in en seçkin ve merkezi yeri olan Ku'damm da. Eğer Turistik amaçla Berlin'e gidecekseniz hem yerleşimi hem de ekonomik olması nedeniyle Modena Otel mükemmel bir seçim olacaktır. Sempatik çalışanları misafirlerine her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

De eenpersoonskamer was ook echt de helft van een tweepersonskamer. Zeer klein allemaal. Kamer slecht geisoleerd t.o.v. geluid van receptie. Het personeel varieerde van zeer vriendelijk tot chagrijnig. Het ontbijt was karig maar voldoende.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Bell'Hotel praticamente su Kurfürstendamm viale dei negozi, quindi posizione ottima e icina ai mezzi di trasporto. Edificio dell'800 ristrutturato con interni in legno. Camere molto spaziose e comfortevoli, servio buono con wi-fi gratuito, basta chiede la password alla reception.

eenvoudig maar goed slaap en ontbijthotel, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

In principe was het prima en voor herhaling vatbaar, prima als slaaphotel voor een citytrip. Op hun website wordt alleen de suggestie wellicht een beetje gewekt dat het hele gebouw hotel is en dat je kunt parkeren op parkeerterrein van het hotel, dat is in werkelijkheid gewoon ergens op straat met een parkeerkaart van het hotel à EUR 3,= per dag. Allemaal niet erg en prima, ik verwachtte (dus mijn interpretatie..) het anders.
