The rooms were very good, the showers were great and the roms quiet. The staff were helpful. Although the local environment was a litle hair- raising, The hotel is great for transport and shopping, being 5 minutes from the Altstadt and shopping centre. The dor keypads are very difficult to work, and really not user friendly. The location is rather seedy. This does not detract from the hotel as a holiday experience as it represents great value for money, |

Only stayed a night, chose it because of location. Be prepared to speak German. Staff's English is very poor. |

friendly and helpful people at the hotel desk, very clean, good location Sleeping at the 4th floor we had to do steps, take an elevator and then again steps. |

Very clean and cozy room. Hotel itself is very good, but hotel surrounding is very noisy since it locates close to hot spot. The entrance is a bit difficult to find. |

Rooms were nice. Breakfast were poor. Reception and elevator is on the first floor so you have to go upstairs with all the luggage. Room keys are wierd (you have to dial a code every time you exit the room). |

The staff were very helpful, the price was good the constructions around the hotel made it imposable to reach it or to walk to any thing around the hotel, u can see the mall but u can not walk to it |

Well sited for walking to the old town, friendly staff, great breakfast. A very minor point, all the decor looks new, except the lift door, which could do with a repaint. |

- Die freundliche und entgegenkommende Dame am Empfang incl. der signalisierten Hilfsbereitschaft. - Unsere Erwartungen deckten sich mit der Realität. - Das Badezimmer war geräumig. - Alles war penibel sauber und gepflegt. - - Unser Zimmer war anfangs (ca.19.30h) sehr ausgekühlt und die Heizkörper strahlten dann auch nur lediglich gut zur Hälfte die entstehende Wärme ab, aber da wir erst gegen 2.h wieder ins Zimmer kamen, war es dann (mit Decke) auch okay. |

Das Hotel verfügt über freundliche, saubere,mediterran eingerichtete funktionale Zimmer mit bequemen, nicht zu weichen Matratzen. Allergikerfreundliche, federnfreie Bettdecken und -kissen sind Standard. Es gibt kostenlose Lunchpakte für Schulungs-Teilnehmer des nahegelegenen HIS-Schulungszentrums. Die Dame an der Rezeption und die Frühstücksbetreuung ist gut! die Auswahl für ein 4-Sterne-Haus unzureichend, kaum Teeauswahl, kaum Marmeladenauswahl, kein Vollkorn- oder Knäckebrot. Im Hotelzimmer ist nur ein LAN-Kabel vorhanden, allerdings funktioniert die Verbindung auch nicht bei allen Laptops. Mein Mac Book konnte ich nicht verbinden. WLAN(kostenlos) gibt es nur in der Bar bzw. im Frühstücksraum, nicht im Zimmer, sollte allerdings für ein Business-Hotel Standard sein. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr kleinund eng. Die Auswahl an frischem Obst ist gering, geschnittenes Obst gibt es nur als Obsalat aus der Dose;die Auswahl für ein 4-Sterne-Haus ist unzureichend, kaum Teeauswahl, kaum Marmeladenauswahl, kein Vollkorn- oder Knäckebrot, keine frischen Säfte. Der Kühlschrank / die Mini-Bar im Zimmer ist sehr laut, der Schreibtsich eher klein! |

Das gesamte Personal hat sich wirklich bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen , WLAN funktioniert wirklich, die Zimmer liegen auf der Hofseite, sind deshalb trotz Stadtzentrum sehr ruhig. Der Aufzug beginnt nach einem Treppenaufgang, die Lage gegenüber des kleinen Rotlichtviertels schockiert weniger als es inmitten einer Türkenhochburg liegt! |
